Results Vary
I got influenced by Quenlin Blackwell to try this product lol. I started using this Apr 6, 2025, it’s currently Apr 22, 2025 when writing this review. Ive been using it under my eyes from Apr 6 til now, and for about 7-9 days on my lips. I haven’t seen much difference under my eyes, but I do see & feel a difference in my lips. I have snake bite piercings and they’re the main reason why I can tell there’s a difference in my lips. Whenever I use this on my lips specifically at night, my piercings are very sore in the morning as if my lips are bigger. I have a circular barbell in for them and it hurts to literally rotate them after using this. So if you have lip piercings, be aware of that. Now, I do have fuller lips because I’m black, so that also might be a contributing factor. This product is said to promote/boost fat cell production, but I feel like it just enhances already existing fat cells and brings them further to the surface which gives that plump look. But I’m not a scientist or a dermatologist🤷🏾♀️

WARNING… IT WORKS
I’m 36 yo and have had under eye filler and Botox in the past. This definitely works for me. I see more volume and fullness in the places I’ve used it (mostly on my face). Now for some unsolicited big sister advice. I also found this on TikTok. It’s really amazing. I feel comfortable using it after doing my reading. Before we go wild…WARNING:To my knowledge there is no easy way to reverse the effect. Some people have regrets about using this product (see Reddit). I’ve described how I went about using this below. I am not a healthcare professional. I am a stranger on the internet. Act accordingly.Do some research:1. Can your concern be fixed with filler? Anatomy is wild. Sometimes the answer isn’t obvious.2. Where do doctors add filler when they are addressing your concern? Again, anatomy is wild. This isn’t a wrinkle cream. If you just put it in the lines on your face things may go wrong (again, Reddit). I found YouTube helpful for this step.3. Look up [your concern] filler gone wrong. Seeing common mistakes explained will help you avoid them.4. Consider sticking to really natural looks. Again, I don’t know of a way to reverse this. Stick to a baseline that looks natural and follow up with filler if you want something more trendy like large rounded lips. (Hopefully you’ll pay less because you need less filler)Prep1. Make sure it stays where you want it! The instructions say to mix with lotion. I’d recommend something like Aquaphor or Vaseline. You don’t want this to slide around.2. Wash your hands. See 1 if you don’t want it on your hands don’t leave it there.3. Wash your face. I don’t leave this on forever. I usually wash it off after about an hour. Sometimes it’s less if I decide to do something I think would smear it or if I think I’ll forget and scratch my face or rub my eyes. I’d rather see less progress than end up with unintended outcomes.Go for it (slowly)1. Take a picture of your face. Use all the things you learned in your research and mark the photo up. Note exactly where you are going to add volume. Keep the photo so you maintain consistent placement.2. Take pictures so you can see what exactly changes. Keep the light consistent. Do pictures of front and sides3. Focus on one thing at a time (under eye, then lips, then nasolabial folds…) so you can focus on how that changes your face overall4. Don’t be afraid to pause. Seeing your face change is strange. Sometimes you need to take a break and get used to how you look before you make more changes (because if you don’t you can go off the rails trying to “fix” things that are actually fine). If you are using this on your breast…Please do regular breast self exams. (Everyone else, please do them too.) it’s important to know what your healthy breast feels like. When you change your breast composition (eg gain or lose weight) that feeling changes. Keep track of your new normal. :)

Very hydrating, not sure about claims though.
I’ve been using this under my eyes because I have hollow eye sockets. I saw claims that this can reduce the appearance of that.First of all, the packaging is very cute. The instructions suggest that you mix the solution with an already existing moisturizer. It comes with a small container and spatula to mix the products together evenly. The volufiline feels like an oil. It’s very hydrating and makes my skin feel nice. However, I don’t know that it made a huge difference in the actual appearance of the fat beneath my eyes. If you’re buying this *only* for the filler effect, I don’t think it works as effectively as it says. If you’re just trying it out for hydrating/to experiment I would say go for it. I know the results vary on everyone but personally it hasn’t made much of a difference in my appearance. I don’t know that I would buy again, but I think it’s a good value for the money for at least a hydrating serum.

NEGATIVE SIDE EFFECTS ARE PERMANENT
Literally ruined my ride under eye/temple area. I used this product for only THREE nights in a row and woke up one day with my whole right under eye being swollen looking and it gave me a slight lazy eye. The temple area to the right of my eye has excess fat bc I guess it migrated while sleeping and this was back in October. It is now almost the end of January and these side effects have not gone away still. If I smile with a front flash you can see the weird fat texture of how my right under eye looks different from the left side of my face. I am also only 25 years old…again, this happened after only three singular uses of the product. If ever the day comes where a major lawsuit is against the product, I am filing my claim for money bc it should be illegal to have a topical product on the market that does what it did to me in such a short period of time.

It works!
I use one drop of castor oil and one drop of volufiline on my lips nightly, it really works! I had lip filler about two years ago, but I don't think I'll go back as long as this keeps working.

No noticeable results after 6 months of use.
Used this for a few months in a few places and never noticed much of a difference. I don’t think it was effective. I will try another brand.

Small but noticeable difference
Subtle difference was dealing with loss of volume in my lips due to being on 60mg of prednisone for half a year I have regained most of my volume and am very satisfied with the results it doesn't look too outlandish but I did take a while to respond to the serum
