This product is very good for someone with a long torso. In my case, I bought it because I wanted to tuck in my "mommy flap" and It was difficult for me to find a wait trainer that fit the length of my entire middle body. The outside of the waist trainer is almost a latex/rubber feel and look. As for the inside, it is cloth, but still smooth. I wore it to work today and I honestly loved the feel. One thing that stood as a big plus to me is the fact that I was not able to see the hooked part from my clothes, it is discrete. Also, with the previous waist trainers that I have owned, I notice that after a couple hours the waist trainer begins to creese in the waist area. ( love handles) as for this one, it has not so far. I am typically a size 8 and ordered a size large, and it fit. If I were to order a medium it would not have fit at all. If someone is a size 6 than I would suggest a medium. When I first opened the package I was most impressed by the quality of the inside. I also really like how smooth the outside is, meaning you won't see the ribs of the waist trainer when wearing clothes. I wasn't quite sure how to get it on so I cinched it together and then stepped in it and slid it up my legs and up to my waist. I liked that it went from my bra to my hips - which means that I didnt have a muffin top on the top or sausage fest at the bottom. It is easy to sit in and move around in, and I think that is the most important thing in any waist trainer.My favorite thing about this waist trainer is how i looked in my clothes. It makes me feel confident wearing a tight form fitting shirt.

A very good product, it being the first corset/waist trainer I've used it's pretty good but let me share some of my dos and don'ts I learned the hard way;DON'T: Put the trainer in after you've eaten! You won't be able to digest properly and you'll probably throw up a little because of that.DON'T: Lie down after eating as again, you may throw up.DON'T: Try to do exercise off the bat with he trainer on.DON'T: Put the trainer on if you feel sick/nauseous/struggling to regulate your breath etc. Be sensible!DON'T: Try to sleep with the trainer off the bat. You may have laboured breaths whilst sleeping or attempting to sleep.DO: Eat with the trainer on! Take small bites or chew very well before swallowing. With the trainer on, it'll regulate your portion and digest properly. Take at least 15mins first with the trainer on before you eat to allow your body to adjust accordingly.DO: Lie down with the trainer on if you have laboured breaths to relax your body, but don't fall asleep!DO: Increase the time spent in the trainer daily. Start from 1-3hrs a day and add an extra hour when you find it easier to move around and breath and just do your regular activities.DO: Small amounts of exercise when your body is used to help trainer, and increase the difficulty accordingly.

Wow when you put this on and close it up you really make the perfect figure and train your body. I put it on and have been working out with it in and what a difference it makes. I’m going to the next level with the sweating process and losing extra Unwanted middle sections. This is unbelievably good for working out and trimming up.

This is not a corset it's a waist trainer. It does the job once you have the perfect size. Mine was a perfect fit. I followed the sellers instruction as it related to size choosing but my advice is if you want to have a more dramatic look, buy one size smaller and you will have a very cinched look. Sadly for me I had an allergic reaction to the latex it seems. After wearing the corset a few hours daily for about a week I noticed an intense burning scrathing feelin and when I took it off I saw some very fine pimples that grew and kinda merged. It itched so bad and felt so coarse. I didn't wear it for a few months then I washed it and tried it again and I felt my tummy itching so I new it was the product. Bottom line it will snatch your waist but you may have an allergic reaction.Product had no toxic chemical smell. It just smelled like a new item. It can look smooth under some clothes but for body con dresses I do not recommend this.Hope you found this helpful

I’m 5’6, 185lbs, 39 inch waist. I got a 2XL and it fit good on the 2nd row of hooks. I love that it comes down far enough in the front to include the bottom pooch of my stomach. It’s very strong and tight just like I wanted but not unbearably tight to where I can’t breath. I wear it all day at work and it love it. It does push up some back fat so I wear a bra with a wider band to smooth it out.Update: After wearing this for two weeks, combined with an hour of hard cardio 4X a week and a 1400 or less calorie-per-day diet, I’ve already lost 1 1/2 inches in my waist!A

I bought this to wear around the house and make myself a little smaller in the waist. I have had friends tell me these really work. I bought a size large but I think I could have also fit a medium. In the large I can use the tightest holes. It fits comfortably to be snug. I found out that it’s easiest to get on if you start with the hooks at the top and work your way down. The hooks are like super duty bra hooks. The part around the hooks is straight up black rubber, and it smells like rubber too. But the material is nice and pretty pink. It’s all very durable as you could imagine. I think I can already see a little bit of results. I recommended this product.

Just as described. Very good quality, fit according to their measurements. I had ordered the short but it was a bit too short for my body and when i contacted them about it they were more than accomodating. I have a long one on the way! Great seller, great product and great price! will definately order the next size down from them when the time comes.

Just what I needed. It fits great and it's comfortable to wear. Doesn't show under my clothes. Hoping it last because others I've bought fell apart and was too long.

TOO SMALLI am 5'3 - 135pounds. I ordered medium and it was too small. I will exchange for Large. Product itself looks good quality.

I think it is still be good although I feel a little tight when I wear it. but it is would be my reason to pick up gym work again! The material is comfortable and I will upload the photo after diet. Anyway it is a great product and I love it.!

Great waist trainer. I like the fact that when I remove it after a walk outside my stomach is sweaty ! Waist : 29.5 inches . Got a small and it was perfect !

haven't seen results yet but it is good quality I could have went with the longer torso option and probably should have. I really like it though I hope it works!
