Philips 12 Ft Extra Long 3.5mm AV-Cable for Dual-Screen, Portable DVD Player

We have the Arafuna 10" Dual Screen Card DVD Player 002 1002B We had a road trip, and with our children in their different car seats, the included dual-screen link cable would not have worked. The 12' length saved our sanity on our long road trip as it allowed our eldest child to control the screens for everyone. I originally purchased this cable, wanting something that would eliminate the hum the shorter stock-link cable had. It didn't get rid of the hum, but it was less noticeable, so it's clearly a well-shielded cable and reduced the crosstalk interference hum present with the stock cable. At first, I thought the length would be a problem, first fearing worse harm and the cable getting kinked or tangled up, but with how our children were seated in the van, the 12' length was perfect to route the link cable between the two screens with no tripping hazard or getting things tangled up. If your car DVD screen kit uses a Philips compatible cable to link the screen to the PWR+ cable, it is a great one to get and probably is better quality than the one that came with your DVD kit.

We drive 800 miles every few months for surgeries for our son, this cord is not available in any department store. Best Buy, Walmart, Radio Shack, Target, you name it and they all say you can't get them. I found it on amazon and it was at a decent price. We use a DVD player in the car for our sons to watch on the long trips, makes for a much better trip, however the original cord broke after only a month of service, yes I could have used a warranty to get a replacement, but this cord is much more durable. It has survived over 2400 hundred miles and still in great shape.

Over 7 years this 1/4" audio cable is still in use. No breaks, no defects -- perfect craftsmanship! These interface my VR helmet with the default PC audio jack. Excellent cable length which is especially useful with a VR helmet.

This cord fit my phillips portable DVD system for the car. My kids kick the wire and it snapped the original cable. This one was a great replacement (i could not find one at Radio Shack). The connection at one end is a little sensitive, ie. it can't be inserted fully into the DVD player. So when I slide it in, I need to feel the right place for the connection. But it has not been an issue. In conclusion, this cable helped me keep an aftermarket Car DVD players system working after my kids broke it. The whole set up is much more economical and even if I have to replace the whole system someday, its still a fraction of pre-installed systems.

I bought a set of 2 fangor portable DVD players for the long car rides we always take. One works without any cords as long as it's charged but the other only works if it's connected to the main one.... it needs this cord plus another. The one that came with the set was cheap and wires started showing not long after. I searched and searched and wasn't sure if this would work or not, but it fits and works perfectly. I have 2 happy little girls again 💓 it seems like it's good quality and will last too. The only downside, which isn't their fault, is the length is way too long for what I needed.. but I'd rather have extra cord instead of not enough.

I bought this connection cord for my kids' portable DVD players when we went on a road trip to Texas at Christmas. It worked wonderfully! They were able to watch the same DVD on 2 separate players. Just remember you have to change the settings on the player to make it work properly. Whichever DVD player has the disc in it - this cord is plugged into the AV OUT on that player, and the AV IN on the other player, if that makes sense.

Broke so fast . Not very durable but worked while it could

Road trips with four kids under the age of ten are much more enjoyable when you can keep them all busy. As much as I hate to say that we use the portable DVD players as a babysitter, most parents will agree that long (12-14 hour) road trips are much more enjoyable when the kids are occupied. This cord has helped keep the peace by allowing all our children to have a good view of a DVD player because of how long it is. When the original cord broke, we thought we would need to get a new set of DVD players. This cord fit perfectly into our Phillips DVD players. No noticeable distortion in sound or video in either player. We would recommend this product for anyone needing a replacement cord for a multiple screen DVD player; especially when viewers have a little distance between them.

acheté pour faire la liaison audio/vidéo entre 2 écrans dvd portables, car mon câble avait rendu l'âme ... Parfait, fonctionne très bien, même avec mes écrans qui ne sont pas de marque Philipps. Le câble est très long mais mieux vaut trop que pas assez ! très satisfaite de mon achat.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden. Pünktliche Lieferung und das Kabel funktioniert einwandfrei. Haben es für nen mobilen DVD Player mit zwei Monitoren gekauft. Beim alten war der Stecker abgebrochen. Da beide Kinder im Auto schauen wollten haben wir ein neues Kabel gebraucht.

Nos ha salvado de un viaje de diez horas de discusión de los niños. Nuestros DVDs SUME portátiles del coche, tienen la opción de reproducir por separado, o que solo reproduzca uno, y el otro DVD retransmita lo mismo. Para ello es necesario este cable de video-audio. Después de varios viajes, y los niños enredando, el original ya solo duplicaba el audio, pero no la imagen. Sólo lo hemos probado en un viaje, por lo que no sabemos cómo será de duradero... Pero es el único que hemos encontrado que fuera de audio y vídeo con estas clavijas.
