This is a neat, compact book of short prayers and verses of scripture for all occasions, e.g. manhood, freedom, integrity, strength, friendship, sexuality, health, hard times, love, confidence, to name but a few. Being an American publication, the language reflects this in places. This is not a particular problem, however, and when reading the prayers you can always substitute UK English for the odd Americanism if you wish. All in all, a very nice little book and well worth having. There is also a companion book for women.

I had a look into the book which will be a gift and found it very uplifting. So often men are under stress and pressure from the expectations of people around them. It is so good to sit down and read about the view that god has on men,the love he feels for them and the healing he offers. Also help to take up real responsibility for their lives. I hope it will be a blessing to the man who it's for.Very reliable and good seller too.

I am not vary religious i bought this for a friend the book is about the size of you hand and about 1.5in thick so nice size to travel after looking inside as you do! i will be ordering one for myself as it is full of beautiful preys and it is always nice to have a book like this handy in the home as we all prey now and then "beautiful gift"
