Please bring back the old formula. This one feels completely different. It feels like it has more perfume (alcohol) in it and that makes it like any other cheap lotion brand (like something bath and bodywork’s would sale.)The old lotion used to also feel more creamy and organic to the skin. I tried this one and was not in love with it. 😔

I’ve tried everything for my cracked, dry, bleeding hands. This stuff genuinely works, and it works almost immediately. The Body Shop closed in the US and I couldn’t find it anywhere anymore. Then, a miracle! It was shipped to me nice and fast from overseas. Same stuff as it used to be - I was so happy to see it on my doorstep today. Earlier than expected! My hands feel so much better already, and I’ll be ordering again. Would give 6 stars if I could!

As someone who values soft, hydrated hands, I've tried my fair share of hand creams, but none have impressed me quite like The Body Shop Shea Hand Cream. From its luxurious texture to its nourishing ingredients, this hand cream has become an essential part of my daily skincare routine. Best part it smells amazing. We have tried a lot of hand creams!For the texture part, The Body Shop Shea Hand Cream boasts a silky-smooth texture that glides effortlessly onto the skin, absorbing quickly without leaving any greasy residue. It instantly hydrates and soothes dry, rough hands upon application, leaving them feeling velvety, soft, and supple.The secret to its effectiveness lies in its formulation; this hand cream delivers deep hydration and intense moisture to parched skin. With regular use, I've noticed a significant improvement in the overall texture and appearance of my hands—gone are the days of dry, cracked skin.

This Shea hand balm is not as good as the original product. It does do a decent job of keeping my hands from being dry and does absorb pretty well. This has a toothpaste like consistency. The aluminum tube is difficult to squeeze for me. I have to use both hands to push out the product. Since the consistency is thick, the balm doesn't drip. Overall it's just ok and not worth the price tag.

I love the product but it’s taking an extraordinary about of time to receive it.
