I love all the flavors as do the friends and family I've shared the jerky with. I recommend buying fairly lean and thin sliced steak from the market and then cutting it further yourself for the dehydrator. Follow instructions found on the cure kit. Leave seasoned jerky in fridge for atleast 12 hours before use. If you plan on consuming the jerky within 7 days of making it then you can use less cure mix per lb of meat than recommended.

I've used Nesco cures for the past 10 years and they always produce good results. They have good flavor profiles and produce a good quality jerky.

Can't find it anywhere else but I buy other flavors same brand and size for half the price.

I have tried all of the nesco jerky flavors, and while I will keep making several flavors, overall this is my favorite for spicy.
