Great for 1080p transmission via Cat-6 or Cat-7
I'm using this extender for sending 1080p signals to a TV in another room and have had no issues. There is a short lag of a few seconds when the source box is switched on and the image reaches the TV, but this only happens when the source box is switched on. In use there are no drop-outs or glitches.

Well made product - but struggled to provide 4K 60hz HDR
The device is really well constructed and easy to set up, however it struggled to supply 4K 60hz HDR through CAT6 Ethernet over a fairly short distance, well within the specification the item claimed it should be able to make. The network was newly installed using high quality cable and premium ports, and routed to avoid interference. The picture would often not sync, or there would be artefacts on the screen and intermittent dropouts. Lowering the refresh rate would stabilise, but wasn’t the experience I intended.I since found another product on Amazon that works flawlessly, although is about £100 more.I’d say this product is very well made and does works perfectly if you need lower distances or not pushing the bandwidth too far. However if your needing 4K 60hz HDR, you may need to go slightly more expensive and make sure the device has a bit more “oomph”.

Works 1080p over Cat5e with new TiVo
I had some older devices that are dual Ethernet but did not work with the latest TiVo from Virgin Media. These worked a treat. My house has Cat 5e cabling so I probably won’t be able to do 4K but my TV is not 4K anyway. 1080p over a Cat 5e, via a switch panel is working fine for me.

Works with PS5 - 4k over 20 metres
I have the HDMI extender working as intended sending my PS5 output over 20 metres to a 55" 4k TV.NOTE, please read if you're having issue with PS5 or 4k.I had to try a few different ethernet cables in order to get this setup working. I was successful with a CAT 7 20m cylindrical ethernet cable.I had tried 3 different cables beforehand which were 25m or flat ethernet cables with limited image quality or no image at all, I don't know whether it was the cables length, shape or brand that could have caused an issue.I also recieved great customer support during this time.AD

Brilliant
Absolutely perfect. Initially only got UHD 2160p in 8bit but after a few emails to the excellent AV Access Care customer services team, managed to get it to 10bit in no time. (Ended up being my hdmi cable). Couldn’t recommend enough

Not recommended, doesn't work at all !!
Doesn't work at all, picture comes on and off all the time, upgraded to high quality cat 6e ethernet cable and still doesn't work over a length of 8 metres when the specifications say it should work up to 50 metres length. Not recommended.
