I wanted organic chives and so glad I found this brand...I'm very happy with my purchase....I was in the process ofmaking egg salad and when my package arrived, I immediately added the chives...Tasted a little out of the jar...very fresh tasting...smelled good too......I've also added these chives in tuna salad and it was just as if I had added fresh chives. So great to have two jars in the house because I don't always buy fresh chives and when I do, they don't last very long. To me this is as good as using fresh chives...I can't always say that about using driedherbs. Good reliable company!

These chives are really nice in soup, sauces and and other meal prep, but I would not use them to finish a dish, I would reserve that for fresh chives.

It's freeze-dried chives, so I'll have chives in the winter without buying fresh chives at the grocery store. Obviously, I cook with them and put them in salads.

Convenient for every day use. Tasty and holds up in my prepared dishes. Sure beats fresh since due to my fault- spoiling. Bought a case & given some out to favorite people & they are thrilled.

These Chives are great for food and cooking. Good for Baked Potatoes, Quality is exactly what was expected.

These dried chives are excellent. Wonderful flavor and aroma at a very reasonable price.
