Can the wheels be removed to put on bigger ones? I have a lifted Jeep and would like to get the nozzles closer to my undercarriage after mudding.

Yes, you can. The wheels are similar to a razor skate board with bearings. They can be removed with a 13mm or 1/2" wrench.

I see the requirement for 2500psi is optimum pressure, but at how many gallons per minute (GPM)?

Pressure: 1500-4000 PSI. 2500 PSI or higher will be be optimum pressure. GPM: 1.5-6 GPM. 3 GPM or higher will be optimum GPM.

Can the nozzles be unscrewed to clean or possible replacement? Is this made from aluminium, metal, or plastic? Thank you

yes, the nozzles can be unscrewed and can be replacement. Nozzle is made of stainless steel. Body of undercarriage is made of stainless steel and brass.
