My husband has always felt it’s a bit impersonal to hand out bottled drinks in small meetings with clients and partners at the office. He’d been thinking of setting out a tray with lemon and fruit, a decanter, and glasses in the center of the conference table instead. This set is absolutely gorgeous, and I see what he meant now because it makes quite an impression. He usually serves sparkling water and with everyone being able to choose their own additions, it all looks so fancy. He receives compliments and questions about where he got it at every meeting. The laser engraving is beautiful, and the glass is good quality so there’s a nice weight to everything. It’s the customer service provided by Amazing Gifts that made the experience stellar. I wanted his last name on the decanter but his initials on the glasses, so I messaged them right after placing the order. They are happy to work with you within the bounds of what’s possible and I was very happy with the result. The lid of the decanter arrived with a small defect and they replaced it within a few days of me contacting them. My husband loves the set so much that when it’s not being used for meetings, he keeps it on his desk. Maybe one day he'll actually put whisky in it lol. I will be ordering another set soon, this time with the company name so that he doesn’t have to share anymore. BTW, I don’t know what the regular packaging looks like but the gift box was well worth the extra fee.

These arrived very quickly and extremely well packaged to prevent damage. The quality of the glassware, including the decanter is excellent. For a product that is custom etched the turn around time was honestly incredible.

I got it for my boyfriend. It was beautiful. I loved it the size of a bottle how the design came out and holds a lot. is the glass all the way through even the cap which I love and is thick durable. I bought it twice. so that says something.

I was surprised with how quickly I was able to get my order even though it was during the Christmas rush. It came just as I had filled out the custom text and was a great gift for the son-in-law. I do wish the top plug was cork or at least had some kind of ring seal so that was a bit of a disappointment. The packaging was good and it arrived intact. You will want to give it a good cleaning upon arrival and get off fingerprints, so just note that if you are gifting this set.

I bought it as a gift for a couple of our friends. Gave it to them as an early Christmas present. It was personalized just the way we wanted. It also was a very elegant and affordable gift. They just loved it.
