Great collagen
Great collagen powder, it's helped with some muscle problems I've had. I started taking this and I've really had no more bother.It also makes my nails grow fairly quickly and since I've been taking it my skin has felt very soft with a bit of a glow about it. I really like it.

Did nothing for me
After two months of consistent use, I developed a tendon issue that this product was supposed to prevent. I switched to another product a few months later, which seems to be helping. It seems I wasn’t able to digest the bone broth at all—overall, it was ineffective for me.
