Back in March, I went on an approximately 22 hour journey from the central United States to southern England to visit my partner. Until shortly before the trip, I admittedly had no clue that different countries even used different types of outlets. However, this definitely proved useful during my trip! I was able to plug my Nintendo Switch charger and phone charger into this adapter, and then use it to plug them into outlets in England, as well as during my layover in Amsterdam. It worked perfectly, and without this device I wouldn't have been able to play Mario Kart 8 with my boyfriend who had never gotten the opportunity to use a Nintendo Switch before, so that alone has me pretty pleased with this purchase!I haven't had the opportunity to try the AU converter, but if it's as effective at the EU and UK ones, then I'm sure to be happy with it as well.

Took this little guy to UK on vacation and it worked great! It is compact enough not to be obtrusive. It is light but sturdy enough, and stays on the outlets very well. It does not sag or loosen when plugged in. Overall a very good buy!

i had this product for a little short of a year and every time i use a us plug (like a hair dryer, or my fast charging usbc charger) the tool ends up short circuiting. i make sure to toggle the switch on to converter but still doesn’t do work efficiently to make my products i use in it work for awhile

I ended up getting a refund and will find a new product because this one broke after a few days of use. I followed all the instructions and was very careful, but it just stopped working mid-way through using my blow dryer. I was careful to switch from adaptor to converter and vice versa as needed, but it still failed. The interchangeable outlet plugs seem fragile as well, like it is cheaply made. Glad to have gotten a refund, but I wanted to make people aware that it may not be worth the money.

Used this in the Maldives with USA charging products. Worked perfect and came with a cute little case. Will take on all my future trips

Switches no longer retract and are too loose to plug into wall unit so then it falls off. Too heavy to mount onto wall unit. However, I was able to get a replacement product via warranty since it was less than a year since purchase. Email: [email protected] star for quality but 5 stars for customer service = 3 stars

This is an ideal product to have while travelling abroad. I took to Ireland last year and hope to use for future trips across the world.

I took this on a trip to Turkey - this converter/adapter is compact and worked great. I like the versatility - that I'll be able to use this if I go traveling to other countries with different needs.
