very good for a redux / improvement
I wanted a rotisserie. I'd been spatchcocking chickens which works fine, but then I smoked a pork shoulder and it turned out fine, but a rotisserie pork shoulder? That seemed like a level up, plus it's a better way to cook whole chickens. I was disappointed that the Weber rotisserie was carbon steel, and most Weber equipment is made in China now anyway, so I saw this and at least it's not a unitasker that would require me to also buy a pizza attachment later so I pulled the trigger. As it turns out, I haven't even used the rotisserie yet but I've used the pizza feature twice. I was concerned about making temperature in the pizza kettle because of the large opening, but now I realize that is not a concern at all. In fact, after seeing a few videos with the plastic grip on the Weber kettle melting, I was concerned about getting the lid too hot. I saw some comments about putting heat above the pizza and also researched the "kettle steel" accessory for radiant heat reflection. I already had a cast iron Craycort grate so I put that on top and covered it with foil. I figured this would protect the vent handle, get the flames closer to the top of the pizza and also absorb thermal heat and radiate it back down as radiant heat. I don't have any basis of comparison, but I think this worked well and I plan to continue this. The part I didn't know is that the Kettlepizza IS made in the USA (unlike Weber accessories). The other thing is the Kettlepizza can be adjusted for either 18" or 22.5" grills. I have a Weber Jumbo Joe that use for traveling and camping, so I could see the 18" feature coming in handy.A few other thoughts:- The Onlyfire unit is a single piece ring with a formed bottom that sits over the kettle so it seems like a better fit than the Kettlepizza which is a single flat ring that sits inside the grill- The complaints about getting grates in and out of the Onlyfire are a true concern. If found an easier way to do this, but it still requires using a screwdriver to pry the grate past a couple of the rivets to get the grate into place. Once there, the grate won't spin at all so you need to have it aligned before popping into place. I may drill out a couple of the rivets and reinstall them backwards to correct this challenge.- Another review mentioned a rotisserie damper not fitting correctly. That one goes on the inside of the ring, not the outside as the reviewer pictured. Then it fits fine.- The Ace Hardware youtube reviewer guy intentionally installed the hinged cooking grate upside down in his Kettlepizza. This works "grate" because it keeps the handles out of the way but allows an opening at the back to add charcoal / wood.- The photo attached looks like it's upside down. I have no idea why - the original is correctly oriented.Final thoughts:- Great results for pizza. If you want something for pizza, buy this or the Kettlepizza. I don't think you'll be disappointed either way. Kettlepizza is made in USA which I didn't realize at the time I purchased the Onlyfire. I'll assuage my guilt by buying some of Kettlepizza's stuff too (see below).- I intend to purchase (request for Christmas) the Kettle pizza pro grate + tombstone. This would make sure the stone cannot slide and I could leave it in the ring permanently instead of removing the grate to use for other cooks (I will edit review one I determine it will fit the Onlyfire).- I may still purchase a Kettlepizza for use on my 18" so I can take it on trips and / or have two grills going at once for larger groups.I think the Onlyfire is a great improvement on the original Kettlepizza but some of the original Kettlefire accessories should be a good addition. If you intend to use for both rotisserie and pizza, you will find this a good value.

Cranks out consistently perfect pizzas, no mods necessary
The media could not be loaded. This thing provides fantastic performance at a great value. When setup as a pizza oven, I was able to get the stone level to 700+ with a full chimney of original briquettes and 1-2 hickory logs. Holding an ideal temp is all about fire management. You don’t want too big a fire, you’ll choke it and get acrid smoke. Too small and you won’t get up to temp.Cooking pizzas on this is a BLAST. You’ll wish you made more dough every time. You don’t understand how amazing pizza can be until you’ve had one fresh off a wood fire. The rotisserie is also high quality and adds to the unbeatable value of this set. I do wish it came with a counterweight, but it actually performs pretty good without it. The motor is dead silent and everything is well built.A common modification I see people doing with this style of oven is to add either a large pizza stone, or a griddle to the top to radiate the flame closer to the pizza. I will say, if you start getting down to the 650-range you may need to “dome” the pizza to get a nice crispy top. At 700+ it wasn’t an issue. It may help, but with some good fire management it’s not necessary in my opinion.

Get a Firedial diffuser for the pizza roof
First thing you need to get with this ring is the Firedial heat diffuser to create a roof for the pizza oven. The only complaint I have is that the pizza oven isn't great without a roof to deflect the heat back to the top of the pizza. The rotisserie motor has a great long cord, the 4 prong forks are great and the motor is really quiet. I use the Firedial diffuser to replace the stock diffuser on my Spider 22 pellet adapter as well as a roof for the pizza function. It will slip down to the lower grate tabs and rotate to sit there securely. It gives great even heating without a severe hot spot. Works very well with this ring.I did put a Nomex seal on the bottom of the ring and on my kettle lid and that sealed the ring pretty well. I also like to use the ring to smoke as there is a place to route my probe wires under the lid without pinching them. Another feature I like.I haven't had any rust or issues with the finish. The pizza stone and peel are good quality. The thermometer is as accurate as you'd expect from an analog and gives a fairly accurate temp compared to the remote thermometer.Overall this is a great addition to the kettle.

Works well
Used it a few times already, very happy. Pizza came out great, did a chicken and pork roast twice, all good. Had a little trouble figuring out how to put the angled metal supports for the pizza rack? But we figured it out eventually. Love that an inexpensive round charcoal grill got so many different uses.

Great product
This shipped fast and was intact when it arrived. The instructions aren’t great but it was quick and easy to set up. I’ve done a couple of pizzas and chickens and they were amazing. Good bang for your buck.

Solid pizza accessory for the weber kettle
Good product for to recreate fire roasted pizza. Product needs an agressive fire to get high temp. I was able to achieve what I wanted. Its just a bit over priced for what you get. The ring is solid, nice thermometer, good stone but the peel is worthless. To make a great pizze with this, you will need a solid "00" flour for temps above 550f. Bread flour or flours that cant handle high heat will burn fast, you will have to tend the pizza so you will/should get a pizza turning peel for optimum results... Instructions are poor. Expect your first pizza to be a try as my next to last picture. Last picture shows the crust i wanted. Get a good dough recipe and you will never go buy frozen pizza again.Have to add 1 week later.. this is an awesome accessory to the Weber. It only needs to inlcude, some cooking tips... this accessory will give you the same results as a $10k oven. A bit more effort than ooni or roccbox.. but hey its under $200. Well worth the money
