Near perfect. Fits my Primary Arms 4-14x44 ACSS optic.
I think this is near perfect, but still getting 5 stars. This is one of those crappy reviews I'm writing before I used the product, so there might be updates down the road. No, I have not yet been to the gun range and put 600 rounds of .308 through my gun with this attached, no I don't know when it will fail.About 5 minutes ago I pulled it out of the package and slapped it on the optic. This appears to be made of 3D printed plastic, but the quality of the plastic feels superb, and certainly there's been nice finishing work to polish it up. It fit snugly on the rifle, and the piece has groves inside the band to lock in to the Primary Arms magnification ring. I spent more time looking for the right sized allen wrench than actually installing. Once installed my first and only thought was "brilliant!" It's just that.So why is it "near perfect"? I'm skeptical about how long the retaining screw (more specifically the bolt it screws into) will remain secure inside of the plastic. I think the manufacturer could likely use a different bolt to resolve this issue. This product should receive bonus points for being made out of plastic as it weighs virtually nothing. Perhaps this throw lever will last a year, maybe 2 years. I dunno, I'll update when it breaks.

A little crude in appearance but works very well
My 2nd lever from MKM as i also have one on my excellent Primary Arms 1-8x sfp model that ive used quite a lot. It has held up just fine and performs well. This one is different from the first and has more detail to include a toothed teardrop shaped lever with an open window in the center. Its also considerably lighter in design and has an overall lightweight, minimalistic style. It still is made by 3D printing method and looks rather crude and unfinished in texture. It does work well however and gets the job done with minimal weight, cost and complexity. I like its overall design but i do wish it looked nicer. I havent had time yet but i may do some sanding and painting on both of mine to improve its finish. It seems to be somewhat of a universal design as it has a cutout of the interior for a nub or projection usually found on most magnification rings that the 4-14x doesnt have. Perhaps it also fits the Primary Arms 1-6x model? Im not sure about that.It fits the 4-14x model quite well and mounts securely though i had to tighten it all the way and theres no gap remaining between the joint. Its secure but im concerned it could loosen up over time. Ill update if this occurs. Also of note,as i have it positioned (9 o'clock @ 14x) it crowds the illumination adjustment dial somewhat making it slightly more difficult to adjust. Not a big deal but something you may want to consider.Other than its crude finish i cant find anything to complain about. It mounts easily and securely and does its job very well. Considering its low relative cost i think its rough aesthetics are a worthwhile tradeoff for its solid performance. You can get much nicer levers but youll pay 2-3 times as much or more. For me ill take the MKM and put the savings elsewhere. A good product and recommended to anyone with the excellent Primary Arms 4-14x scope.

Followed directions exactly as written and it broke...
I just purchased this throw lever for my new scope. While attaching this I followed the directions to the letter. Directions say "8 in/lbs of torque is recommended". So using my torque wrench I set it to 5 in/lbs just in case as the product is made of plastic. The product then proceeded to fall apart before being completely tightened in place. I was really careful as it's a new scope and with the plastic throw lever. Despite these safeguards not only am I now out a throw lever, but also $25.00.*update 07-16-2018* raising my rating from 1 star to 4 stars. The company personally reached out to me about my broken product. As a result they are sending me a brand new 1. I love a company that stands by its products!

Not what I had hoped...but exceptional customer service!
I was interested in trying this scope lever after reading the reviews. 3 D printing being all the rage, and that the item would be light ( made from printed plastic), was enough for me to order. Unfortunate that the screw would not tighten at all. I will stick with metal for this kind of item. Requesting a refund....but...Update: 7-6-17. This company has amazing customer service. After contacting them with my issue, they responded swiftly and offered several possibilities for a fix. Those didn't work for me and they promptly refunded my purchase including shipping! Who does that? MK does. They even offered to send another part free of charge. While I have opted not to take this very generous offer, am am quite impressed with their customer service. I have increased my rating to 3 stars. By the way, the told me my pictures sent for reference were sufficient, and didn't require me to send the lever back. Another kudos to MK.

MK Machining scope throw lever
I purchased two of MK Machining scope throw levers. I was concerned about fitment because they did not list exact examples of the specific scope throw that I as looking for so I emailed them about scope throw levers that would fit the Burris MTAC 1.5x6 scope and the Leupold VX I scope and they responded within a couple of days with the models of levers that would fit my scopes. I purchased the levers, in their basic black configuration, via amazon and received them quickly. Both Scope throw levers fit perfectly, the quality is great and the price of under $20.00 was a very good bargain, considering that some scope throw levers can cost as much as $60.00 I'm very pleased with their scope throw levers and would purchase them again and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a quality and reasonably priced scope throw lever.

Works. Feels cheap
Light weight all plastic. Looks like this was 3D printed. Good design and works as intended but feels cheap. Don’t think it would hold up to hard use
