UPDATED review: So, I am deleting my original review. This product and I did not get along at first. It caused heartburn and some other unpleasant issues for about 3-4 days (I actually only took it for 2 days and then stopped, but the negative effects lasted a couple more days). I let it all get out of my system and started again...SLOWLY this time. I took one pill for a few days then two pills and now three a day. And I'm having no issues or side effects and I like the subtle energy boost (ie. no jitters). So, I will continue with the product and I do recommend it, but I would advise new users to give their body time to acclimate and don't just take 3 on the first day. I did and it was a big and - not a very fun - mistake.

I am a helpless caffeine addict but it makes for bad sleep. I've started replacing my last cup of coffee with these pills and I feel exactly the same as I would post-cup of coffee and have none of the issues. I also get bad headaches and taking one of these pills while waiting for my medicine to kick in has been a lifesaver. And they taste/smell great!

I was on a guys trip recently and had never heard of the product. Friend handed me 2 and within 15-20 minutes I could feel the energy. I sent the product to my buddy who runs a online vitamin company and asked him if he had anything like this. The products he suggested, containing the same ingredients, were 5-10 times LESS mgs. Most of the products included Matcha as an add on, and not the primary ingredient. I have religiously had a 5 hour energy's and/or a red bull's when not acting my age. Only to have a crash or be too jittery and not able to sleep. I highly recommend trying a bottle. You will become hooked on the alertness and vitality. I think you can bump on these pretty easily as well to get a little boost.

Matcha Boost is the BEST! They are now 100% a part of my daily routine. I used to make my own matcha tea and loved the energy and clean nature compared to certain coffees and other tea.. but it was always a production to actually make matcha tea and for that reason I would defer to others things for a kick. These pills solved both problems. I was skeptical on the lack of crash the bottle claims but haven’t had one issue on the back end trying to wind down, even when I take one later in the afternoon. Pretty awesome product and am hugely thankful for Matcha Boost... how can I give more than 5 stars?!? I would if I could.

Not a big fan of drinking matcha but I love the benefits. The taste has never sat well with me. Ayo completely changes the matcha game. Don't have to worry about the taste. Don't have to worry about spending the time to make it at home. Don't have to worry about the mess. Don't have to worry about overpaying at a coffee shop/restaurant. Just pop the top and go.I started taking the pills before working out and my energy level has completely changed. I don't have to worry about eating something heavy or drinking coffee for that added boost. The AYO matcha pills give me everything I need. Would recommend to anyone.

Love these matcha pills! I was super skeptical at first, but realized it's all natural and organic so gave it a shot. The first day I tried it, I felt an instant boost of energy and focus. I thought maybe it was just because I got more sleep or something, but every other day I took one vs. not, I noticed the difference. It's not a dependency thing, more of an enhancement or on days I got less sleep, it helped get me up and alert. It's great when I'm on the go and don't have time for coffee or want to keep my teeth / breath particularly fresh.

Recent new father and our newborn keeps me up late at night. This stuff was a real game changer compared to my normal routine coffee, gave me the focus and energy to get through my work days, can’t see myself going back to drinking 3-4 cups of coffee a day just to make it through 8-5.

I started skeptically taking these as to avoid my 3rd cup of coffee of the day and was pleasantly surprised about the energy boost I got. I'm now working on phasing out coffee entirely - the boost you get with these pills feels much better than traditional coffee.
