Awesome! Bought it for my teen son who likes to fish and spend a ton of time outdoors, the kid is as white as a ghost and burns to peeling skin in about 10 mins in the sun. He’s a teen, he can hardly remember to put his socks in the hamper, so him putting in sunscreen would be a miracle! He LOVES this hat, spends all day outside and doesn’t get burns in his neck or face anymore. He says he would like some shirts made out of the material ;) I love that the hat can be folded in half, fits in his drawstring bag so he never forgets it!

I needed a hat for gardening and yard work, as well as for other outside activities, i.e., walking, watching outdoor sports, lounging in the spa, fishing, etc. A few people complained about the light weight material and that the hat folded. I find the light weight and the ability for it to fold to be a positive aspect of the product. The size of the brim protects the sides of the face, neck area and ears. This hat is an excellent choice for those who wish to protect themselves from damaging sunrays

I fish from a kayak and this bad boy give me plenty of SHADE. I still get some reflection off of the water, but with this hat, I am more than protected from the direct overhead rays. It protects my neck and ears from Sun burn and keeps the sun out of my eyes and off my face.

I've ordered several hats over the years and never found one to my liking. Either they didn't provide the sun protection or they weren't big enough for my giant noggin. This one provides the perfect amount of shade and fits perfectly. The mesh parts keep your head from getting overheated and the draw string is perfect for windy days or when worn on a boat.

I am big on wearing hats for sun protection and this is a new favorite. It has a much wider brim that my usual sun hat so I reach for it when I take long walks in the mid-day when the sun is brightest. The fold ability is a great feature as well.

Just got the chance to test this hat fishing in rain. The mesh does leak water right down your back after a while. Only job it had was to keep my head dry and this hat failed. Not water proof.

Bought this for my boyfriend as he works outdoors and gets really bad sunburn, he absolutely loves it! It’s the perfect size to cover his neck, face and shoulders! I highly recommend this hat.

Literally used this today at the Lake and omg it protected me so well. I have a big head (hat size 7 5/8) and this fit perfectly! Would buy in another color!
