Great product
I used this on top of Rustoleum All purpose paint over kitchen cupboards because the paint was scratching off.It is more of a satin finish than a gloss and dries to a nice sheen. A little goes a long way, it is super easy to work with using a foam roller and it seals the paint for good. I won't be bothering with any other sealant in the future.

New pot mouth too narrow!
Third time of ordering. Product easy to use. Inside and outside. Seems to last well outside (two coats).Goes a very long way. Great product.New style pot has a much narrower mouth and I can't get my favourite half inch brush into it. Did the manufacturer actually do any research before redesigning the pot?

Better than Varnish
Spreads well dries quickly and water resistant

Turned my good leaf black in places
Admittedly I’m a complete novice when it comes to gold leaf - I used it on a small alcove wall in my bathroom. This was the varnish recommended online to seal it to prevent tarnishing. Most of the wall is fine but in some places it has turned the leaf black and I’m not sure why! On the plus side it was easy to apply and dried quickly.

Versatile household paint
Have used before, bought to renovate fflaking glaze from garden pots, worked very well on filler and glaze, high density colour, easy to use and advantage of being water based.
