Awesome bidet! I love the quality and the strength of the spray, the sliding button is perfect as opposed to usual press down ones. Great design that can be cleaned easily. There are SO MANY advantages to using a bidet in general, not the least of which is ‘butt always clean’ so I will focus this review on this specific product.Overall, this was great. I installed this bidet on 2 of the 3 toilets in my home.Advantages: very easy to install, even for someone who knows very little about plumbing (like myself), not expensive like many of the fancier bidets, easy to use, can control intensity of water spray, handheld sprayer means you could use it to clean cloth diapers etc. Both units are still working well with no leaks after one year.Disadvantages: this does not have a hot-cold mixer so the bidet spray water is the same temperature as the water that goes into your toilet tank (clean water). However after one full winter of use- this is not a problem. The cold is not uncomfortable. (Northern USA so winters are cold enough). You really don’t notice it.One more thing: LADIES- seriously get this- it makes a huge difference during your period especially if you have heavy bleeding- keeps things cleaner than toilet paper. And it’s soothing.

I had the older model of the same bidet but some guest pulled on the control valve instead of rotating it sideways and the entire thing broke so it became completely useless.Ordered this new version and it's sturdier, shinier, and love the two modes of spray. Best part is absolutely no leaks. The previous model had no leaks either. So they have got their plumbing right.The only con is the new handle has a little button that needs to be pushes sideways instead of a more traditional lever that is pushed down. This button is not very ergonomic/intuitive. My children have trouble using it because their small hands don't have the strength to push the button sideways. The lever (like on the older model) was much easier to operate.Overall good product, does its job, does not leak, easy to install, and looks good.

Look is good, function is good easy to install. However, poor equality pipe is used. Pipe got leaked in one week.

Really nice product. Heavy solid stainless. Zero leaking. Easy to install. Hose is plenty long enough to hang from edge of toilet tank behind you, and use as bidet from the front. Yes, it is cold water but it does the job in the most simple manner. Useful for men and women. Hangs well from its stainless steel holster and does not make the toilet tank lid wobble. We have them on all 3 of our toilets. It would work just as well as a sink sprayer. Easy to turn on and off with a nice little slide button. Very pleased.

Very easy to install! Took me less than 5 minutes to install. Material quality feels really stout and durable. I really like how the hose is strong but so easy to flex and maneuver like a snake. It even came with an additional Ball Valve Tee in case you want to isolate the hose or keep it off around children.I chose the swivel ball valve model because I feel it's easier to adjust and control the flow since I have kids.It's nice to have 2 flow functions: a high pressure shower-like spray and low pressure faucet-like flow. We use this mainly as a bidet hose. We like this so much better than the seat-attached bidets because 3 out of the 3 seat bidets we had, the nozzles eventually came out of the sanitary protector and stayed out when it's supposed to return to the closed position when the water is off. This hose attachment will be so much easier to clean and keep sanitary since it isn't in the toilet bowl. It's also worth noting that I received a personal hand written Thank You card from the company that took some time to write. It wasn't just a "copy and paste" printed/stamped Thank You card either. That really says a lot about the customer satisfaction to me.Overall, we're really enjoying the use of it and it's been doing great for the past 2 months now. Definitely recommend it!

Despite some of the reviews, this is very easy to install on a leak-free basis. I can't for the life of me understand how you could end up with leak issues (unless you don't know what you are doing). In some situations, you may have to make a trip to Ace Hardware to get and try a slightly different kind of washer but this should easily install on any modern plumbing setup. This thing works great. I had an earlier model of this that worked perfectly for 5 years until the on/off button got a bit sticky. I replaced it with this newer model that is similar but with better flow control - the slider for on/off and to regulate water flow is an improvement. This newer model spray head is much better than the older version.

Update, this may have to go back. The hose simply doesn't stay bc it's not "in" the holder, it just sort of rests there. of you do keep this check the water pressure....it came out like a super sprayer when we tested it. Will probably just mess with the knob on the attachment to see if that helps. Super quick to install. The holder needs to be redesigned, the handle doesn't really fit into it- almost like they aren't matching. The handle essentially rests on top, so you have to make sure everything is sitting just right. If it gets too obnoxious then it will deserve lesser stars bc that's a pretty big part of this item. The on/off seems dumb, but this got better reviews than the ones with a better designed button (seems these things tend to leak? No idea why...these things shouldn't be so difficult to make)

Wow its wonderful! I love it. Super refreshing! Just be aware it's the same cold temp as your water in your line so it's cold. A tip also buy a Pack of 24 wash cloths to keep becide the toilet to dry after ! Would buy again no regrets !

I bought 1 to check out, then bought 3 more. Kinda says it all.The kit contains everything I needed to add in the sprayer to a toilet incoming water line, and the parts are of good quality. The sprayer itself sealed the deal for me, as it allows me to adjust the amount of water being used by sliding a button on the back of the head, providing much finer control over the water quantum being dispensed. I haven't seen another sprayer that allows so much control
