Pros -1. Well padded back, sides, seat. 2. Easy to get in thru a 29" door. *But back is hard to get on amd off.3. BIG and sturdy enough too hold me a large dog+medium dog+2 cats at the same time.4. Color blue is nice.5. Rocks and reclines.Cons -1. Zero protection in shipping box, poorly packaged. Amazed chair wasn't damaged. Just a chair, in 2 prices, loosely in a box!!!2. THIN material, not thinking it will hold up well so I put a comforter over it. Footrest is already looking "rubbed" with no shoes on in chair, 3 weeks in.3. No padding to foot rest pieces x2...ouch. I have had to use a thin pillow to prevent heels, achilles, calves on hard surfaces.4. No support for back, you sink into a big curve. I am an RN, this chair is NOT good for people with back or knee issues. I have had to use a memory foam standard pillow for back support.5. Does not lay flat, so I can't sleep in it. I wanted to occasionally sleep in it. Is 15 to 20 degrees short of flat.6. Handle is LOW and FORWARD and SHORT, so it is very hard to reach.7. Handle and open mechanism is very stiff and hard to use, opening and closing.8. When foot rest is extended, the chair will not let you sit upright. It wants to recline.9. No extra recline or foot rest locking positions. Just fully open and closed.10. It is BIG and will take up a lot of room.Overall I am disappointed. I am not a picky person, and I did a lot of research. But there are many glaring substandard issues. I live very rural so I had no way to sit in any recliners before purchase. And, the quality (not fit) issues are significant given the price point and brand name!Will I return it, I barely got it in the house, so no.Would I recommend it, NO. I feel sure there are better quality recliners for the money uput there. Have a nice day.

The seat cushion is worn out. I have two year replacement insurance. I would like a replacement chair!

Positive: Very comfortable when sitting & when reclined ! ! No complaints regarding comfort.úhNegative: 1. Handle for foot rest should be longer & bit wider. Had to buy adapter / extender.2. Would be amazing w cup holder & USB port.Neutral: 1. Needed 2 people to put together.(Someone else may be able to do it alone)

Well, these chairs are huge, lol my husband and I are big people so I ordered these. They sit up very high I am 5 "9 and when I sit all the way back my feet do not hit the ground. Maybe once they are broken in they will sink down a bit. For the price of these chairs, they are really worth it. I did order two and one had no issues but one the screw hole that hold the back on was not lined up correctly but my husband was able to fix it. Also, that same chair the controller for the heat and message doesn't work. I have just sent Lane an email so hopefully, they can just send that replacement. I will follow up on that once I hear. All in all, I would recommend them for plus-size people! Update Lane said to contact the seller, I tried to do that on Amazon and it thinks I want to return the chair, I hope somebody will figure this out.

The chair is very nice but I had no idea it was so large. I would like to return it for a smaller one. How can it be returned as the boxes were thrown away. Is it possible to have a truck pick it up? I just received it yesterday and very disappointed that it wasn’t what I liked.Thanks,Mary M Sorge

Really comfortable. Ceva isn't the best company for deliveries. 2 complaints recliner handle extremely difficult to use. Seat is to deep, I have a memory pillow behind my back. If I were to sit all the way back my legs would have to stick pretty much straight out. For big guys means tall and heavy.

the only thing that I found is the foot rest does not have a dince enough padding or enough padding in it, but it is a nice chair I would buy it again

The chair is large as described, the cushions are stiff but that was advertised and to support someone near 400 pounds a chair needs support. However, almost as soon as my son sat in the chair he asked if we could adjust the recline tension, because he has to lean on the arm of the chair to keep himself from reclining.I am very disappointed since the design seems to be intended to provide a chair that will work for someone large, and that is what I need.I already have an email sent to Lane the manufacturer.I doubt I can keep the chair.
