what is their shelf life?

The shelf life of our Toufayan Flat Bread will be 7 days upon arrival. We recommend freezing unopened packages to extend freshness (for up to 8 months!).

Do you have a usda organic or non gmo option?

is this bread good for dipping in soup?

This is a soft flatbread. You can dip it in soup if you want but I would prefer a good french loaf personally. I use this to make panini sandwiches…put ingredients on one side, fold, press and cook. Delicious!
