I love this stuff it's so yummy and has so many vitamins including iorn! Perfect for your baby but if you're an adult it's perfect too! It's hard these days to get your iorn intake so I highly recommend this! You just add water I know so many people who love cerelac and they inspired me to buy it! It's amazing!

Those new crawlers need carb energy when starting to crawl and this appears to be good as it seems it puts on weight however its a challenge to get the little ones started on these as they are more or less tasteless.
