I am very pleased with this item! Setting up to start with was very easy. The item connected immediately to my Bluetooth device,without any problems. I can now safely answer incoming calls hands free and clearly , as the sound quality and microphone are excellent. In short I am delighted with this product. Well worth the price. An all round Well Done!!

This little Bluetooth came exactly on time and is super easy to use. It didn't take to long to charge when I removed it from its box, about a little over an hour. Once paired to my phone, I did have to turn the volume all the way up to hear the Google Map directions but the first phone call came through clear without being too loud. Overall, it's pretty good.

Excellent little device, reasonably priced, excellent reception. Highly recommend.

The Sunitec Bluetooth unit was brilliant initially. Unfortunately, my email to supplier didn’t get responded to in time - not Sunitec’s fault - it was down to different time zones between UK and China. The company had given technical advice but the unit still failed so was returned to Amazon before a second email from Sunitec where they’d offered a free replacement. I believe we were just unlucky with our unit but that most units are very reliable. I’ve given 5* rating because although the unit failed after 3 months, the company couldn’t have been more helpful. 😊

Great battery life and clear sound but not very loud, despite having same size speaker as my previous one it's just too quiet even on maximum. This is unfortunate as otherwise it's very good.

I received this unit today and initially all seemed well. It came fully charged and I was able to pair it up with my mobile phone easily. My phone is an Android phone and as it says in the blurb by using Google Assistant, you can make phone calls, send texts or get driving directions from GPS applications, which ensure safe driving. The method of doing this is as follows: You press the Green button for 3 secs and it should make a beep, however the beep was barely audible in the quietness of my study at home. I was able to make calls and send text messages using Google assistant, which was good. I contacted support and they have kindly refunded and arranged for what appears to be a faulty unit to be returned but only because the beep is so quiet. I intend to purchase another one when they collect this one. Hopefully the next one will be OK. Overall for the price I considered it excellent value.
