The only thing I didn't like about this was that it didn't come with instructions. It wasn't too difficult to figure out, but I was upset that I didn't have a guide for workouts that I can do with this and what certain parts were for. Other than that it is really good and I would recommend it.

Overall really good. But I didn't come with the brace as advertised. So make sure to wear long socks or else you may get blisters from the friction
