I did not get the same rug as the other person who reviewed this rug. Mine looks the same on the front as it does on the back. Mine is not white on the back. My dog vomited on the rug and I cleaned it up using mild hand soap and water and the black dye bled all over the surrounding white area so now it is noticeably discolored. I can only imagine what it will look like if I put it in the washer. The whole thing will be ruined as the black dye will bleed all over all of the white areas. I bought both the large and small rugs with this pattern from the same seller. Not happy that it bleeds as it is advertised as washable, which means it should look the same after it is washed as it did when I received it. I do not recommend.

Update: The black color bleeds if you have to clean an area. I used mild hand soap to clean a small area and the black bled all over the white area instantly. When I eventually put it in the washer that means the black will bleed all over the rug and it will be ruined and will not look like it did when I received it. My rating went from 5 stars to 2 stars since this is not washable as advertised. I no longer recommend unless you live in a bubble and expect your rug to never get dirty and you will never have to wash it.This is a really nice rug. You will need to buy one of the pads to go under it to keep it from sliding but this rug is really well made. It has a beautiful pattern, is very thick and the sewing is really good. The pattern is not skewed in any way, which has been a problem with other rugs. I ordered 2 rugs in different sizes. Highly recommend.

I had these rugs down 4 days and they started to come apart at the ends. I bought 3 of these rugs and all three did it. Absolutely horrible! I had these rugs down in my kitchen, in front of my sink, stove,and fridge. They should not have done this. So disappointed!

I worry about buying rugs online cause you never really know if it will fit (sometime online measurements can be wrong). But in this case its works

This is so perfect for my front door. It gives a character to my front door. I love it and it is worth it.

Looks great but it’s absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to clean! I tried washing, I tried soaking in oxyclean, I tried hand washing and rinsing with a high powered pressure washer and it will NOT come clean! So disappointed.

I bought this just to lay the infront of my washer bc the floor is really cold.It's a nice little rug,simple design flows well.

I live the mat but it’s a little too big for my front step. I will incorporate it somewhere else in my home. I wanted it to add a coir May over top but the coir mats unfortunately are all too small and there’s too much black and white showing- I opted for a smaller one from Costco.

Update- looks great but washes terribly. All of the black from the mat formed small balls unable to remove. I dont recommend this mat unless you dont plan on ever washing it

It is very versatile, it can be used inside or out. I bought it for my porch but didn't want it to get dirty so it's currently in my family room in front of my fireplace. But it also looked good in my kitchen in front of my sink.

I bought 2 of these and I layered it with a more durable mat. Looks so great at our front door! Lots of compliments.

This mat is exactly as pictured. I use it as a layering piece. Pleased with my purchase! The Ciao mat is also purchased off Amazon.
