Proscenic Automatic Dust & Dirt for M7 Pro Robot Vacuum Cleaner, Black

When my M7 Pro did its first rounds in my house, it found way, way more than I expected. The collector in the vacuum was simply packed...and that kept the automatic dust tower from being able to evacuate the vacuum properly.However, after the first two runs (because dear gods, my cat sheds an inordinate amount of hair), the dust tower has successfully evacuated the vacuum every time. It's working great, and I'm a happy camper. :)

I bought the M7 Pro vacuum and the dust collector at the same time. The dust collector didn't seems to work properly from the start. I had numerous read errors that the bag was full when it wasn't and the error read out the first time I used it. I called Alex at Proscenic customer service and he forwarded all the information to engineering which contacted me the next day. By the time I got around to contacting them I had run the robot about 4 times with the error each time. They verified that I had purchased it through Amazon by the Amazon order number and shipped a new one to me without the need to send the defective one back. It arrived in about 4 day and has worked flawlessly ever since and perfectly too!!! Great product and even better customer service!!!

Loud but works. For anyone getting the constant dustbag full message ; for me it was because something got stuck in the base. It's easy to clean if you know how. At the bottom there is a piece of plastic in the shape of a Christmas sock. Unscrew and you can easily get to clean it out. Surprised that the manual doesn't describe this because I'm sure it will happen again.Support is responsive within 24 hours.

Have been using this for quite some time and it has worked flawlessly, without issues. Very durable.

I wish that there was a zero star option!!! I received the M7 Pro last week and have had nothing but problems since opening the box. First, there is very little information in the manuals provided with the unit and the dust bin. Second, the app for the M7 will not work with Android phones. Third, the unit runs out of battery before finishing my home. Fourth and biggest complaint, the unit will not empy to the dust bin. I have run the unit only 3 times, each time the unit docks and empties and there is a message on the dust bin says the bag is full and needs to be replaced. The bag is empty and the unit has NOT emptied to the dust bin. I tried "chatting" with tech support on the Proscenic website and that was useless. Then emailed support with no response. This was a total waste of money!! I'll be headed to Costco to buy an IRobot which I should have done in the first place.

I didn't think I would really need this auto dust collector. But i got tired of emptying the vacuum after every cleaning cycle. So I finally gave in after 6 months and I'm delighted I did! I can have the vacuum go every day and only have to empty the dust bag once a week. Way better than pulling the tray out after every cleaning cycle and sometimes in the middle of a cycle. Way better. Worth the extra $100 bucks. The only thing I would mention is fallen plant leaves might get stuck and give false warnings so pick those up before you vacuum

The vacuum has good suction. However, the dust and dirt collector is not strong enough to suck the first from the robot vac or opening for the dirt / dust compartment in the robot vac is too small. The result is the dirt and dust becomes compacted over time inside to robot vac because the dust collector bin cannot remove it. You must remove it manually from the robot vacuum.

I am bought the automatic dust canister to go with my Proscenic M7 Pro robot vacuum/mop a few mounts ago. It is a time saver not having to empty the robot vacuum everytime. It is a bit loud, but the suction is good. A great value for the money. It was delivered quickly and packed well.
