These aren't terrible at all for the price. If you want thicker, stronger and more quality bands... these are not for you. But if you want something to try out before you spend $$, or just want something inexpensive to use at home... these are sufficient IMO.

The bands do what they’re made for, but they don’t stretch as much as I believe they’re supposed to and literally like the first three bands don’t offer much resistance so those were useless to me. That might just be me but I mean, I don’t usually workout.

They were really good guy and they work well for what I need them for I've been able to slowly start working out and it is something that I have been wanting to do for over 2 years but due to health conditions I was unable to now things are where I'm able to and these are a great beginning exercise tool

Very cheap material like a plastic. Does not stay in place, they keep rolling and bunching and they move during your workout. These make your workout very annoying to deal with these bands. Don’t buy this product.

They are super thin. They roll up and do not lay flat to the skin after about 3 leg lifts

I got this to replace the odd set I had from my physical therapy. I have to say that these are easier to use, easy to clear, and great for kids. I have to say that these have helped me with my knee problem.

One, each one was covered in it's own plastic sheath, which feels so wasteful and unnecessary. When you finally get through the bags and bags of waste, the bands feel a little slack for what they are meant to do. I haven't tried ALL the bands to compare, but I get the feeling that these were made for a larger/ longer person.

I am so happy with this purchase. This makes working out so much easier. The bands have different resistances, so you can find use for all!
