I actually also bought the MaxKare Large Heating Pad for Back and Shoulder Pain, 24"x33" Heat Wrap with Fast-Heating and 5 Heat Settings for Sport Sorness and Cramps Relief, Auto Shut Off Available-Lake Green.PROS: I like them both but I prefer the microwavable neck and shoulder wrap because it is not corded and it has a nice weight to it. Very similar to the weighted ones used for physical therapy.CONS: The only draw back is that it does not cover the back.That is were the MaxKare corded heating pad comes in. It gives heat to the back but I have to lie down to benefit and it is not weighted. There is a tie to tighten the pad around your torso but it needs a bit more weight to stay in place.I am also not a fan of anything with EMF so I prefer the mircrowaved pad . Yes, I know what you're thinking, I am still get exposure from the microwave but at least I am not sleeping with it.

I love the design. Specifically, the pad covers the back of the neck; the shoulders are also covered. It is very comfortable: heat just right and it definitely works on pain relief.

I have to say that I was skeptical when I ordered this, but once i got it and heated it up, I love it !!! I usually put two minutes on my microwave and you have to make sure it's not hanging off the glass plate or your plate won't turn around properly. It's a bit too hot for my skin at first, so i put a small hand towel around my neck. After five minutes or so, I can take the towel off and have the heating pad against my skin. I would definitely by this again!!! I have neck problems and should and upper back problems. You really have to try this to know how good it feels to lay down with the warmth. My electric heating pad always too hot and isn't large enough to fit around my neck and my upper back. I was blessed to find a heating pad that covered all of that area to make my muscles feel better.

I use for my neck and shoulders. Very flexible and fits perfectly. I heat for two minutes and then reheat for one. No cords! Tip make sure your microwave is completely clean and that you set for no more than 2 minutes. I am on my second one due to dirty microwave and just bought one for sister.

I bought this for shoulder neck pain. It was easy to use. It had nice heat to it. Instructions were easy to follow. It did as intended. Would get it again.

Must be a small model. Not as big as I thought it would be.

When I got it I was impressed by the fit and feel of it immediately, the moist heat was the equivalent of my bed buddy neck wrap I was replacing after about 7 years of use. I purchased this based on it being made in the US and top quality, I noticed it cost twice as much as equivalent items not made in the US. After about 3 weeks (used maybe 3 times a week) the material feathered and tore at the seams and the rice spilled all over the floor. I will be returning it and looking for an alternative.
