Nice and strong tea, I think it works really well I will say it is chopped into a very fine powder and sometimes it gets a little clogged in my tea strainer but I really like the flavor and I think it's high-quality product.

If you buy nettle tea in a box, you’ll end up spending about $91 for a pound. This nettle is organic, comes from a trustworthy company, and it’s very tasty. It’s a lot fresher than what I was buying in bulk at sprouts. When I ran out of my loose tea, I would be getting traditional medicinal nettle tea. That’s a great company, but because I have allergies I drink a lot of nettle. I would prefer to get it for this price per pound instead of the $30 per pound I was paying for it in bulk locally. Nettle isn’t just good for allergies; it’s good for pain, it’s good for the digestive system. It’s also good for the genitourinary system in both sexes. It’s easy to look up, it’s an amazing herb.

This is a wonderful product with so many health benefits. I steep the stinging nettle at night to promote relaxation and reduce inflammation. I also leverage it in tinctures for allergy relief. I love the quality and effectiveness of this product.

It was one of the ingredients in the tea blends I used to get as a lung tonic, to treat my asthma, so I don't just rely on inhalers. (I prefer to do all I can to help my body to heal, rather than just mask symptoms with medications.) After taking it as a tonic for months, my asthma is better and also, I feel like it has helped my body in so many other ways, as I am healthier overall. I make a tea with a half cup of nettles and a half cup of pau d'arco, which I put in a pot with a quart and a half of filtered water and boil with the lid on over a low heat for half an hour, and let it steep. This makes a concentrated tea that will be black as coffee. When it has cooled, I strain it into jars and put it in the fridge. I take a half cup a day, warmed in the microwave and mixed with coconut milk and raw honey. Sometimes I mix in a teaspoon of cocoa for fun.) I find it delicious, either way. Smells great. The quality is good. I would have given it 5 stars if it came in a resealable bag to preserve freshness. It’s easy to use and for the size of the bag you can’t beat the price unless your growing it yourself.
