Great Quality for a Craft Jar
ordered these jars for a Friendsgiving activity, and they ended up being a HUGE hit. The quality is surprisingly good—sturdy, clear, and about the same size as a standard peanut butter jar, so plenty of space without feeling bulky. We used them for a “letters of encouragement” tradition. Everyone wrote notes to each other, and whenever someone is feeling low, they can pull out a message from their jar and read something uplifting from a friend. Such a simple idea, but these jars made it feel special. They were the perfect size for this activity, easy to personalize, and looked great on the table. If you need jars for crafts, gifts, or meaningful projects like ours, I definitely recommend these!

Plastic jar
Using it to put powder laundry soap in to sell. Lids fit and seal perfectly. Plastic is a little thin, but you get what you pay for. Overall, I think it’s a great jar for what I’m using it for.

Very handy and unbreakable mason jars!
The item was exactly what I wanted and needed for my craft projects. Plastic jars are sturdy and safe for kid crafts. Also, the price was fair, in my opinion. Was able to make a bunch of teacher appreciation gifts without breaking the bank.

Good for Crafts
We used these for Vacation Bible School to make prayer jars. I rated sturdiness as a 4, but they are plastic. We had children of all ages and none of them damaged the jars. Leakproof was not a concern for our purpose but when I saw this on the review, I filled jar about half full of water and turned jar upside down and shook it. No leakage at all. I used 4.5" popsicle/craft sticks and the lid will seal with those inside, so the dimensions advertised are right on. I included some picks of the finished product so you can get a better idea of size. They kind of look like the small peanut butter jars if that is helpful.

They're good for certain things, not for others.
These are okay and serve a purpose but there a couple of things about the way they're advertised that are misleading. Firstly, they look nothing like Mason jars. They are the shape of plastic peanut butter jars and they have plastic lids that bear no resemblance to mason jar lids. You can tell this by looking at the pictures closely, but the word "Mason" should be removed to avoid higher expectations. Secondly, and more importantly is the fact that the lid is sealed by a paper/cardboard disc (just like peanut butter) and so they're only reusable for liquids as long as that disc holds up. I imagine it's going to hold some bacteria as well since you can't really clean paper products. I use these for meal prep and they're fine for that, I just discard the paper and keep them upright in transit so they don't leak. If you're using them multiple times for liquids, you'll want to keep shopping.
