This is a support with strong velcro so roll it inside out to avoid damage when stored. Once fixed, this can be worn all day in comfort, but make sure that the inner overlap is smooth.

It helps stabilising the Sacro-iliac joint. Had to fight with it for 10 min to understand how to use it but ok since.I had back pain plus very nasty sciatica leg pain. I had to stop walking in tears after 100m. It really helped to stabilise the pelvis. Then you need to stop the useless stretching and work (a few minutes at home) on reinforcing the thigh abductor and adductor muscles (look at simple things on youtube). A few minutes/day on the gluteus medius which is the muscle that stabilise the pelvis and 10 days later I'm almost (almost) back to normal.Recommend.

The velcro is so ridiculously sticky that, both the inner belt and the outer belt stuck together at one side making it impossible to unfasten and so I had to pull it down over my hips and thighs to remove it. I can't therefore say whether it would've helped or not.CS service agent was excellent and immediately refunded me. I wouldn't recommend this.

This is a very good product which has eased the pain. The only criticism I have is that it can be very difficult to remove due to the Velcro being a very strong fastening.

Bought one as recommended by my chiropractor. Only had for a few days but have really noticed a reduction in my pain and discomfort. Easy to put on. I wear under my cloths. Discreet. Works for me. Wish I had bought earlier!

We found this very difficult to use as the velcro kept on getting attached to areas where it shouldn't. We actually returned the belt for a refund. But if you can master the velcro OK this belt could give good support.

I have several of these.This is by far the most comfortable I have bought and brings more pain relief than any other I have had.They come in one size I could do with a small altho the width is perfect, it wraps round me almost double.

Used for sciatic pain. Helped give support when trying to get on. Deeper than one I had bought before so much better. Velcro gave a good grip . Reasonable price.
