This is a very sharp knife the sheeth for it is ok but not the safest and omg you need baby hands to properly hold this thing so if you have maybe small to normal sized hands it’s for you

This is smaller than I expected, and once out of the holster, I'm not sure I ever got it in again the right way. It's just an ackward shape to holster.My son got it for outdoor use but when he saw the size he didn't want it. I did - I knew it would be a great knife for chopping herbs and garlic with. It's small and easy to handle, and it's easy to get a quick rocking motion with.It does come with a very sharp blade on it, and the handle is beautiful. It's well made.It fits so well in my hand, that it almost seems made for women to me.I adore this little knife. I have been using it in my kitchen frequently.

When I saw the picture of this thing I expected it to be much larger.I was very excited when it arrived and I saw how small it is. It easily fits in the front or back pocket.The knife is made really well, it feels so solid.The only complaint I can think of is it's a little difficult to place in the sheath and lock it. It's still an easy 5 star product! I absolutely love this, most unique thing I've got from Amazon in a long time.It arrives dull so buy a sharpening stone.

Much smaller than it appears in the pictures. Check the measurements before ordering because this is a hand tool not an ax replacement as the pictures imply.

I received the Chrome 1, HBK206CH model today and it is basically a 3 1/2 inch bearded axe head married to an Allen Folts minimalist handle (think CRKT Minimalist Cleaver with Nordic ambitions). "USA DESIGN" and "Crafted in China" is on the reverse of the blade as pictured, which hearkens to similar text on MTECH knives.Also on the reverse, and contrary to its Amazon description, the blade steel is marked not as 440, but 3Cr13, which puts it somewhere between 420J2 and 420HC. Use will tell if it has a decent heat treat, but for the tasks I envision using it for (scraping, slicing, and light chopping) it should be adequate. It has a full tang and attractive wooden handle scales that are secure, but not not flush to the tang.As other reviewers have noted, the sheath has nothing with which to fasten to a belt or pack. It is a sturdy nylon with riveted stress points, but has quite an awkward retaining strap and snap closure.All things considered, it's a decent blade, but only for fairly specific tasks.
