Where do you buy replacement beads? I don't see anyone answer this anywhere. Is it just the no-name replacements found online?

Bracket, is there a way to order a different bracket? Mine sprays water all over out of the ball joint socket but I really like the shower head

I also had this issue. It made a huge mess, used the one I had on my shower before and it was a little to big so the pressure wouldn’t hold the head in one place also making a huge mess. I didn’t order another because even the replacements seem tondo the same thing. I used plumbing tape to secure the head to the bracket

Im sure that at some point the shower head will need to be replaced. The nice thing about this showerhead is that the beads can be changed without replacing the whole unit. I have had a few minor issues with plugged sprayers, but this shower head is so easy to take apart and clean that its not an issue. I can see this shower head lasting 10 years or more depending on mineral content of your water. Hope this helps.
