Will this work with an Atkins digital thermometer?

Yes. I had to do a bit of research myself to see if this would work on my meter, and learned that K-type is totally a standard. If it plugs in, it works. Gotta love standards. Also this sensor is tough. I have to test ovens, a lot. It holds up.
