I have no idea what all these other people are doing or complaining about. This wrapping paper is perfectly fine. Yes it’s a bit thicker, but that doesn’t change anything. Unless you’re truly incompetent and truly can’t trust yourself to wrap a present carefully, then don’t get it. But if you’re like anyone else, then it works perfectly fine.Double sided scotch tape works perfectly on this and none of the tape is visible anywhere.I was almost about to not buy this because of these other reviews but I wanted to try it for myself.The only the I would say is that it does not have a grid on the back. So you have to measure and mark it all yourself. I use a perfect gift wrapping formula so it doesn’t make a difference to me but that’s just an fyi.This works perfectly great as gift wrapping paper. Just don’t be an idiot.

I wanted to do matte black wrapping for Christmas and this was perfect. The rolls don’t go as far as a regular wrapping paper roll, but you get two and I think it’s worth the price.

Black wrapping paper is hard to find! I really likes the look of this. My only issue is that it's like craft paper and pretty thick, so it was a little hard to open for my 4 yr old. But it was aesthetically pleasing and I would purchase again.

A shorter roll makes this paper easier to work with. Very sturdy stock.

This product was like wrapping presents with construction paper. It was way too thick and not easy to bend and tape. Don’t buy this unless you are wrapping something huge that weighs 82535373 lbs.

I run a high end luxury wedding photography business and most of my clients purchase wedding albums. I use this to wrap up my wedding albums in a cool looking wrapping pattern and it just feels so durable, folds nicely and looks so good! Love how black it is. It is a thicker paper which I love but it’s still pliable you just don’t wanna make any mistakes when wrapping because the creases will stay but dang this is some good wrapping paper!

I ordered this to wrap all my christmas gifts... not knowing that the paper would be SOO thick,definitely good for other things and worth the price tho...a little tricky to use as gift wrap, I had to pre fold every piece.
