Note recommended for everyone since every body’s vitamin deficiency or over supply can only be measured by bloodwork a one vitamin pill with all the essential vitamins is not the best choice as many people will have varying supplements based on both nutrition from diet and genetics. An annual exam with complete blood work including the levels of minerals in the blood is important if a deficiency is found then only supplement(s) for the deficiency can be added or diet change to reduce mineral levels that are abnormally high.
