Great low carb noodle
This was a good splurge purchase. They are great when you're tired of zoodles and want something more like an actual carb loaded noodle. Expensive but worth it to have occasionally for sure!

Not a winner at dinner
Firstly, as other commenter have seen, this came loose in a large box, and got completely trashed. All broken, so when you go to cook it, its just mushy toddler food. I cooked for the recommended time, babysat it and it was mush......also, I dunno what it is, but this caused MAJOR stomach upset. All day and night. I take in about 70+ grams of fiber daily, so it couldn't be that, but my body did not like this pasta. I don't even want to eat the rest of it for fear of that side affect, it was so bad.

Good for you. I thought taste and texture were poor
The "spaghetti" never seemed to cook to a softer, aldente, consistency. Texture wasn't appealing to me. The taste didn't have to taste like regular pasta for me to like it (and it sure doesn't), but the subtle taste was bland and not appealing to me. The product seems to be very healthy though. And I should mention, I called the company to ask if my product was also gluten free (it wasn't), and spoke with a man who was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.I like the company's concept and niche and wish them well, with hope for some flavor/texture improvements in the future.

Good keto pasta
I did enjoy this pasta. I wouldn’t think of it a spaghetti as it is a softer type after you cook it still can be used in a lot of different applications. Just wouldn’t necessarily recommend it for spaghetti.

Keeps us on keto
So far it's the best we've tried

Worth the high price tag.
Anyone who is reducing carbs and loves pasta will love these products. My husband even likes the dishes I prepare - says he really can’t tell much difference. Cook about 12 minutes (it will not become super soft like regular pasta) and be sure it is well coated with your favorite lo carb sauce. We enjoy cream cheese, lemon juice and some of the pasta water for a quick sauce. I have used this in all of our favorite pasta dishes and it’s wonderful. Leftovers heat very well. Expensive—yes. Worth it—yes.

Straw noodles
Did not work for the kids or me. I boiled for 17 minutes and was still rugged. The texture is more like zucchini noodles and less than "spaghetti." We ended up eating our spaghetti sauce with bread. So much for a low-carb dinner, and way overpriced.
