Insulators were smashed when it arrived due to almost no padding on the shipping box, but luckily my old ones fit. The screws used to fasten the wires in place were of such terrible quality that they stripped in the holes and would not completely tighten, so I had to tap the holes myself and use the old screws from the previous burner. The burner itself is slightly and annoyingly off center. I was this close >< to sending it back, but the burner does operate as expected and my wife said nope, don't care, keep it, just glad the stove works again.

Nice product for the price. However, one of the screws provided to secure the end of the hot wire connector seemed to strip out the hole on the element tab. I had to use a different sheet metal style screw that I had lying around in order to get a secure connection. In the end I was able to get everything to work. The elements are nice and do get hot very quickly. It is great that they come with a spiffy new burner ring. It was not a perfect install but very close. If you are at all handy and looking for a replacement burner element for a good price this is a good deal.

The package didn't look beat up. But the inside was a mess. If you buy this, make sure you save all the old pieces. Because the new pieces you get will be damaged. 1 of the 2 ceramic pieces was shattered. the clips were broken. the ring was dented.

Porcelain insulator was broken when I opened package. Luckily I saved old one so I was able to install coil. Screws that were included were VERY poor quality.
