Improvement over my previous wrist-wrap gloves
I've been using wrist-wrap gloves (Harbinger classics) for 20 years, and go through about three to four pair a year. I fractured a wrist about 15 years ago, so the wrist wrap feature is very important to me. I do a heavy upper-body workout three times a week. My comments here compare these gloves against the Harbinger Classic wrist-wrap gloves.Great features:1. Wrist wrap width. 2 Inches is fantastic and a step up from the Harbinger Classics.2. Palm padding: This feels better so far and seems to be superior to what I grew used to with Harbinger Classics. Those were not bad, but these are better.3. Finger quick-release tabs and strings (note: not the thumb quick release feature mentioned in "Others" below)4. The Velcro attachments on the wrist wraps are superior to the ones currently on Harbinger Classics. In addition, they have one that binds right at the wrist, then one that is at the end of the wrap. This allows for a better adjustment experience.5. Overall Fit: I used the sizing chart and it was good for getting the right size gloves for my palms. The gloves are snug overall, like I like them, with not too much play in the palms as I curl them."Not sure" features:1. Finger length. These are longer than with the Harbinger Classics, and cover up the knuckle completely. So far I haven't seen a problem with that, but it definitely gives a different feel when you grip. Nothing rubs or binds, and I think it is just something different that I have to get used to.2. Stitching. It appears to be quality double-stitching, but I won't be able to honestly compare them until I've put 2 to 3 months on them."Others"1. The quick release leather tap on the thumbs comes up and covers the thumb pad. While it works well to help get the glove off quickly, it gets in the way when you are doing hand weights (think curls) and can easily double over and excessive rub the base of the thumb. It can cause a thumb pinch and if nothing else gets you to drop your concentration while messing with it. I've decided after my second workout to simply cut this part off completely. The upper part of the thumb on the glove has a pocket for ease of removal anyway, so it won't be a big deal. This would have been a great feature if they had put the leather pull pad on the TOP of the thumb vice on the BOTTOM. That would be my major recommendation for a change to this glove.2. There are two little plastic triangles on the inner side edge of the gloves (visible in the picture) that only serve the purpose of holding the two gloves together if you want to do that. Perhaps they make it easier to hang up the pair in a store. They only get in the way at the gym, so I've removed those as well. They really are not needed.Overall I'm happy and impressed. I'll only make the minor alterations I mentioned above. I would give it 5 stars overall, but I will need time to adequately check out how the stitching and padding holds up.Update: I've used these gloves for over 4 months now, and they are still in great shape. I would have gone through at least one pair of Harbinger Classics by now. I have increased my review from 4 to 5 stars because of the durability. I could probably go a full year with this pair, but I'll order another on two months and use that as my primary heavy-day gloves, and the older pair for my light-day gloves. I highly recommend them if you need wrist support.Update 2: I've used these gloves for just over 7 months now, and the wear is starting to take its toll. Seams at the bottom of the palm of one glove have opened up, and a seam along the inside of the opposite glove has opened up as well. I'm probably going to give the another month, then re-order a new pair. They claim they last a full year, but I'm seeing about 8 months. Still, that's better than anything else I have ever had, so I will go for another pair. Still 5 stars in terms of performance in my opinion.

Very uncomfortable and the inside feels like gardening gloves.
I bought these to get a bit more finger support when lifting. The construction of the glove itself is VERY robust, and seems to be of a very good quality. The issue is with comfort. The inside feels like gardening gloves. what is weird is that it is soft to the touch, but some of the seems on the interior are in uncomfortable places which causes it to feel very rough. The exterior padding seems thick, but it doesn't really translate to comfort while wearing.

Disappointing
I have arthritis . I was looking for well padded gloves. These gloves seemed to be just right. Good fit, comfortable and well padded. But I think they are poorly designed. The blue inserts break and crack after very little use. This happened after a couple of months . I tried superglue but as you can see that didn’t work.

eye catching ..great workout glove
i order the wrong size when i first got them so i had to reorder them now they fit but they are stff when u try to put them on but thats a good thing so they have to be broken in ..i really like the wrist wrap they way it holds your wrist in place i hope they last longer then my other gloves i will update if anything happen.....UPDATE 5/12/17 Still going strong they are well broken in and feel great on my hands the only thing has change is after i hang them up after i work out [which i highly recommend you to do so they will last longer] they are stiff but once you put them on they loosen up .. the other thing is there is a small hole on the left pinky on the inside that is due to a bur was on a barbell which i did not see just felt it that is all i could complain about these gloves are use 5 days a week 3 hours at a time i do hypertrophy workout so they do hold up ..will order when this pair is no longer usable

It's like whoever designed these was in my head
I've been lifting for over 20 years now, and have used so many different gloves over that period of time. All have served well, but I've never been quite as excited as I was when I got these. I've used Valeo, Exertec Fitness, Harbinger and more. Each pair seemed to just have that one thing missing, that I wished was different. Not the Grip Power Pads! It's like whoever designed these was in my head. One of my biggest issues has been fit. My hand is large compared to my wrist, and I would get a pair that fit I the hand only to discover they skimped on the Velcro in the wrist wrap and I couldn't get it snug enough to be secure with a tiny little portion of Velcro hanging on. Not with these! I used the measurement guide and was very skeptical when it said to get X-Large, I knew there would be no way the wrist wrap could work properly. But to my surprise it's perfect. The hand is snug, no chance of the bar rolling or slipping, perfect amount of padding for comfort with heavy lifts, but you still have good bar feel. The best part?! Wrist wrap fits! I can get it wrapped up snug, with plenty of Velcro for it to secure properly. It seems they thought of everything that bugged me in my other gloves. It took what seemed like an eternity to wriggle my hand out of my Harbinger gloves after sweating in them. The loops and thumb tab on these, Genius! What a simple solution! They pull right off with no issues even when your hands are sweaty. My only complaint, my wife is now mad I didn't buy her a pair yet!

Best Workout Gloves!!
These gloves are outstanding! They fit great are made to last. The wrist wrap feature adds extra support and the palm grips give me the stability I require in lifting heavy. I highly recommend these gloves to anyone .

Tough yet comfy
Clearly well-designed, these are remarkably comfy in spite of how durable they are. They're a major step up from cheaper neoprene/faux leather gloves as they don't trap as much sweat and the wrist support is superb as well. The carabiner/removal tabs are also a great idea as they keep the gloves together and let you more easily air dry them.I've tried many workout gloves, and these are definitely the best I've used. They're easy to recommend.
