Oilfield truck driver definitely approves
My trucking company recently banned the use of headphones while operating semis, a practice I'm not wholly against for multiple safety issues, by the way, but since many of the trucks I operate have very low quality (see Mack trucks) stereos. The 2015 models don't come stock with a 3.5mm jack, and often the radio antennae are inoperable or work only when driving west (due to the violent roads we tread). Enter JETech's solution, a tiny, durable transmitter that plugs into your phone's 3.5mm jack (or MP3 player, etc) and is powered by your vehicle's 12 volt socket. It has a USB socket built in, a nice feature that I personally don't use much (battery has very high capacitance resistance).I have used this device for three months in the worst vehicular, road, and weather conditions imaginable (within continental US, anyway), including dust storms, freezing rain, and very high heat. It's time to pass verdict. This device performs very well. It is my preferred method of getting music/podcast through my vehicle's speakers. Sound quality sometimes comes with a bit of static, but I get that in these semis anyway with my 3.5 mm cable, and is much better than any AM station around my area. After at least 10 to 11 thousand miles driven, there isn't even a scratch on my unit, and I haven't had any trouble with the cable getting twisted or bent beyond it's ability to function. I'll mention now that my radio generally dangles from my 12 volt socket. It operates only on FM frequencies, and is simple to operate, with only two buttons to increase and decrease transmitter frequency. It has a nice bright LED display which is easy to read. The main difficulty people may run into with this is finding an empty FM station to broadcast on.This gets my full recommendation, and I feel that this was a much cheaper and easier solution than, say, a Bluetooth speaker box.

Totally worth it!
I got this because I was tired of lugging around CDs and it was cheaper than a new stereo. For the price I wasn't expecting much. It came beautifully packaged with a soft drawstring carrying case that seems to be pretty sturdy. After I finally got the chance to use it I was super excited to find out that it not only worked, but it worked well! When I plugged it in the screen came on without a problem. I held the plus and minus button together and it pulled up a station for me. Got my stereo where it was supposed to be, and got my music playing. Then only reason it didnt get 5 stars from me is because the volume was so low even after I turned up my phone all the way. So I needed to turn up my stereo. No big deal except for when I'm putting my little one in the car and I forgot to turn it down. All in all a great purchase. Ive been using it for about 2 weeks now and its sturdy, the usb charger works wonderfully, and I get good sound quality. Yay!

Great Product, Functions Well at a moderate price.
This product has worked well for me. I've used it daily for the past 2 months and have had no major issues.Pros:The signal it puts out is strong enough to hear over even some local stations when they are set the same frequency.USB port for charging.Blue power indicator light for knowing its on.Cons:The only issue that I've seen so far is that the tuner buttons are sensitive and fairly easy to accidentally tune up or down 0.1 MHz. A lock feature would prohibit the frequency change, but is not currently an option on this budget tuner.Other Thoughts:I've rarely used the auto-scan function, but it works fine. It will provide a new frequency in increasing order when asked. I just keep mine set to a frequency at the high or low end of the spectrum and leave it alone.

Probably as good as tou get without spending 50 or more.
It seems to do fairly well. The bass leaves something to be desired. And even on my bose system it sounds a little flat. But it does the job. The autoscan feature is great. But be prepared to rescan a few dozen times befor you get a really good connection. And then a few days later you will do it again.

This one actually works pretty well and sounds OK (2015 model)
This one actually works pretty well and sounds OK (2015 model). For an FM transmitter that's amazing and worthy of 5 stars. I had a FM transmitter about 5 years ago and it sucked so hard as to be unusable. This one has a little background hiss and delivers decent sound at a reasonable volume level with good bass. Not as clean as a direct connection, but almost as good sound as from Bluetooth. Don't waste your money buying a Bluetooth FM transmitter as the sound quality will suffer from another compression. All in all it saves me about $1000 over having a new radio installed in my car. Give it a try, costs almost nothing compared with a new system. Sound is surprisingly good for a inexpensive little thingy.

Awful. Cheap.
This product didn't even last me two months before breaking. The input wire must now be twisted and bended while playing music to keep the music sounding the way it should, otherwise it sounds flat and is unlistenable. The wire isn't exposed and the plastic around it isn't damaged or even bent, it's still straight but the wire inside is still screwed up for some reason. My previous FM transmitter succumbed to the same fate but it at least lasted me nearly a year, this one lasted barely a month. I would return it but it broke 4 days too late.

Funktioniert einfach
