Large delicious olives A+++
They are big delicious olives with no stone. Far cheaper than the deli ones available where I live and I haven’t been able to find any this large in jars in supermarkets.I’m almost frightened to leave a review in case they sell out now but they deserve one. Stock up.

Nice olives but not as good as perello
I recently tried the Karyatis Spanish Green Queen Olives in Brine, and while they’re not quite as good as the Perello olives I usually buy, they’re still pretty decent. These olives are the same variety, so the flavor is similar, but the brine is a bit too salty for my taste, especially if you're just snacking on them. That said, they are more affordable than Perello, so if you're looking for a budget-friendly option, they’re a solid choice. The brine could be better, but overall, they work well in dishes like salads or tapas. Definitely a good buy for the price!

Good value for money - firm, and fleshy.
Ordered 4 - the positive reviews were encouraging, and I was not disappointed. I make marinated olives with these, they are perfect. Firm, and most importantly not mushy, they are also great value for money. Tasty if not better than store bought deli olives, which are very expensive. These will be a repeat purchase for sure!My marinated olives:Cold extra virgin olive oil (enough to coat the quantity of olive), into a pan, add garlic slices lemon peel, and chilli. Heat up on a low heat, careful not to burn the garlic.Once the garlic has sufficiently softened, but not coloured.Take the pan off the hob, and add the olives (rinse from brine and strain / pat dry first).Allow to cool, and store in fridge. Allow several hours for flavours to infuse.I add light feta cheese cubes, sund dried tomatoes, and provincial herbs. Really, the possibilities are endless!Stays good for 3 days, although you will find that they are more than likly to go in the one go! :-D
