A Workshop Essential That Never Disappoints
This is one of those products every home and garage should have. It works great for lubricating hinges, tools, locks, and other moving parts while also helping prevent rust and reduce squeaks. The precision spout makes it easy to apply exactly where it’s needed without creating a mess, and a little goes a long way. I’ve used it on everything from household repairs to garage equipment with excellent results. The quality has been consistently reliable for years, and the bottle lasts a long time. If you’re looking for a dependable multi-purpose oil that belongs in every toolbox, I highly recommend this one.

Perfect to have around.
I use this product on ratchet straps or anything that requires lubrication and it works like it should. It’s great to have around and I’m glad I bought It. Great lubricant.

The best!
What can I say about 3 in 1 oil nothing beats it. I used this to oil the fretboard on my acoustic guitar

Great Product, Packaging Leak Concern
I’ve used 3-IN-ONE multipurpose oil for years, and the oil itself is as reliable as ever. It’s a tried-and-true product that’s been around for decades. While I miss the classic metal can, I do like the updated plastic squeeze bottle. My only concern is the packaging. The bottle I received wasn’t sealed, and the twist nozzle was in the open position when it arrived, allowing some oil to leak into the shipping box and onto other items. Thankfully, nothing was damaged beyond needing a little cleanup, and I didn’t lose enough oil to warrant a replacement. I’m not sure whether this happened during packaging or shipping, but it’s worth noting that the bottle doesn’t appear to have a tamper seal. If this happened with more delicate items in the same order, it could be a bigger issue. The oil itself is excellent, and I’d still recommend it without hesitation. I just hope the packaging is improved to help prevent leaks in transit.

Long lasting oil film.
I should have looked for this years ago. I have items that need oiling occasionally and I fought the oil I used that kept drying up. I finally looked into oiuls and found out that motor oil for your car will evaporate over a short time and leave a dry film on whatever I oiled. My table saw and other woodworking tools need oil and hard to oerate if oil dried up. Other devices around the house also, the spout ion this will give small drops for garage doors etc. I like it.

Great Stuff, & Has Been All My Life
This is 8 oz of 3_&1 oil, which is FAR larger than the “normal “ 1 or 2 oz size I used before. Since I’ve been around for awhile, I have used 3&1 oil for over 70 years. Yep, I used it when I was virtually a small kid. Why? Because my dad used it. He called it sewing machine oil, and my mom used it for her old Singer sewing machine. Yeah, that was a long time back. Then, it was the only oil we used to prevent rust and lubricate everything in the house or garage. It was the same for all my friends. I used it on guns, toys, tools, the lawn mower, knives, sharpening stones, garage doors, the swamp cooler, metal windows, and just about anything that was metal and didn’t move correctly. I also coated metal to stop rust, especially on tools. A couple of drops on the tool, wipe it all over, then take a rag and wipe it off leaving a trace of oil on tool to prevent rust. I never have to use a lot because it works very well. Now our civilization has invented a bewildering array of lubricants that are pushing out the “old” stuff. Well, I’ve used nearly every one of those new lubricants and I can’t tell much difference from 3&1 oil. WD 40 sprays on and dries after a while which is convenient and really good for areas that are hard to reach. I used newer products to protect the top of my table saw, because oil comes off on the wood, and machinery that will collect dirt or debris on oiled areas, or areas where the oil will run off and make a mess somewhere else, or in special cases like cutting oil, but for overall use on everyday items I still use 3&1. It works great and the cost is low compared to a lot of other options. I highly recommend this product. AD2

Unchanged from 70 years ago- still good
Just like my dad used 70 years ago. Only a bigger container. This will last. Fishing reels, guitar tuners, sewing machine, etc. Nice light oil.

My partner used this on his tools and reported it working effectively. It got a lot of rust off his tools! He was impressed and stated he’d purchase it again.

Handy, reliable oil — great for all the little jobs
I picked up the 3-IN-ONE 10038 multi-purpose oil for general household and workshop use, and it’s been exactly what I hoped for. It’s small and easy to store, and the precision tip makes it simple to get oil exactly where you need it — whether that’s squeaky hinges, stubborn bolts, or small moving parts on tools and appliances. I use it on door hinges, bike chains, my drill chuck, and even on some of my workshop tools. It cuts through light rust and lubricates really well without leaving a gross buildup. Does exactly what it’s supposed to do — simple, effective lubrication from a brand I trust. Worth having around in the drawer or tool bag.
