First off, this mat is super comfortable, you can literally be on it for hours and not feel too stiff or uncomfortable. The thickness is really great. They are larger to store due to the thickness, but they come with a carrying strap so it's easy to keep it wrapped up. The one downfall is their stability - they are made of a super super soft material with no nonslip coating so they do slide around if you are moving a lot. I also noticed that my socks will slip sometimes while I'm doing a workout. It's not too bad, but if you don't have good balance it may cause a problem.

This is a good product for meditation and extra bedding purposes. It's got good support cushion but its not an ideal yoga mat. You'll slip and won't get the expected yoga mat grip.

I had an accident in which I fractured my tailbone and sword several herniated discs, I had to give up doing floor moves even in my beginner yoga on my old mat... After much deliberation between mats/prices I went with this one because of the value and because I figured if the one wasn't thick enough for me then I'd already have a 2nd one I can throw on top... Glad to say the 2nd mat sits happily unopened up in the closet, and I'm able to do my floor moves, which helps my back drastically.

Amazon had a deal for 3 a bit less than $7 for 1/2 inch mat. 1/2 is more than enough thickness. For the price they are great the only thing they are not dense but I think you can only get that at a higher price point.

I like these mats. They are smooth, thick and give good cushioning for my work outs. Much better than older thin ones. I got them for a good price! Only problem is that they can get indentation marks because of the smoothness.

My daughter and I use the everyday. We both have a lot of room due to the length of these mats. Very comfortable and store well. Takes some time to unravel after being rolled up but I would expect that. We flipped them over to help this and so far so good.Carry strap is an A+ with storing or if we had to travel. Thank you

These yoga mats are terrific. They are a full half inch thick and feel very nice on your knees and elbows. They are easy to roll up and the stretchy carry strap holds them nicely. The inside rolled end does like to stay curled when you unroll it, but I actually find this nice because I can put my head on it like a pillow. The outside rolled end lies flat with no issues. They did not come with any strange odors so I was very happy about that. The colors are vibrant just like in the picture and were packed securely arriving with no damage. They are about 2 feet wide which is plenty big, and when rolled up, the diameter is about 6 inches. Overall, they make yoga more comfortable than the thinner mats.I hope this review helps.
