It's a sturdy stiff cotton
Got it on time. Fits my five year old perfectly, but I don't know if it will fit a six year old. My only issue was that it was more tan than peach. It's a sturdy stiff cotton. I will edit this review after the first wear.Edit: The stitching was awful. The top split from the armpit to the pocket. Will not be ordering again.
