Great Powerlifting Shoes
No frills lifting shoe. The leather is very stiff out of the box. I pull conventional but squat with a wide stance. I had initial concern about how stiff the tongue was first time pulling in them. I wore the Goodlifts for a couple of accessory days just to break them in and next time I pulled there was no issue.I typically squat in an Olympic shoe but do use a flat on occasion to change things up. The lateral support as well as grip on the floor was exceptional. I’ve only done one squat workout with these which was just triples at 495lbs on a typical commercial gym floor. Looking at the tread on the shoe, I wasn’t expecting them to hold as well as they did.I have a wider foot and typically wear a 12 but typically size down a half size for dedicated lifters. For reference, I found Adipowers (in 12) to be too narrow as well as Chucks. The Goodlifts were purchased to replace Reebok CrossFit Lite TRs and the Oly shoes I use are Romaleo 2s. I opted for these in 45 (12-12.5) and they are a hair longer than I prefer for dedicated lifter but, I’ve had no issues with my foot sliding.I did wear these for a HIIT workout while breaking them in and while they worked, I don’t recommend them for this type of training. For lifting, I train primarily powerlifting for which these shoes are phenomenal.

Great shoes
I wish I would have not purchased raised heel (olympic style) lifting shoes. I am an intermediate powerlifter and I bought these to deadlift in so I wouldn’t be barefoot in a public gym. Turns out I prefer to squat in them as well. Comfortable and flat. Seem to be made well.Complaints - One of my shoes did not come with laces. The stitching on the “grab tab” on the heel of one of my shoes ripped while I was putting the shoe on. I now make sure to fully loosen the shoe laces and don’t use the grab tabs anymore.

An excellent flat squat and deadlift shoe.
I’ve owned the Sabo Goodlift for over two years now. They have held up superbly. I bought them because I needed a flat squat shoe. They did not disappoint. I wear these in training and competition for all my powerlifting. They give some support and a firm grip on the platform. They do not inhibit mobility in my ankles. I recommend them for anyone needing a long lasting flat for squats and deadlifts.

These shoes are AMAZING. I've been bodybuilding for 30+ years
These shoes are AMAZING. I've been bodybuilding for 30+ years, these shoes are the best, comfort, style, support on heavy leg days, an all around perfect shoe for the serious "gym rat"

Great powerlifting shoes
I have been powerlifting for some time. I have been using this pair of shoes during deadlift (both conventional and sumo) and they work wonderfully and works better than wrestling shoes. It excels at grasping the floor during lift, giving you that great leverage and stability for you to be able to concentrate on contracting the appropriate muscle groups invovled. I would suggest using squat shoes for squating as these shoes are very flat, optimal for deadlifts and press excercises. Overall a great purchase.

Highly Recommend This Shoe
Amazing shoe, but IMO does run a little small. I wear a 10 women's, 10.5 in a running shoe. Ordered a 41 and had to exchange for a 42 which is great. I'm new to PL and needed more stability for my DL, this shoe nails it. Using them to bench too, grip is awesome.

Great shoes
I only tried those shoes 3 times to work on legs and I absolutely love them. If you have been squatting for a while and know what you are doing I would definitely recommend them. I do wear thick socks because the tongue digs a little in my ankle, I am hoping that this wont be the case once they break in.
