I tend to drop the crap out of my phones . The running joke is that I should just pre break them to put them in their natural state when I get a new one. So far this case has done a great job of keeping the glass from breaking even with daily dropping from my clumsy fingers.

I bought this case over a year and a half ago. I just had to order a new one because the old one broke. Why the 5 star review on a broken product you might ask?Well, during that time my phone has lived in my pocket. It's been worn by lots of movement, bounced off of running into corners, crushed by carrying large objects. My phone has Slinkied down stairs and has made several Olympic style double back flips with a twist dives to the floor. A number of dives on to concrete. And yet not a single crack or scratch to my actual phone.This case has taken all of my abuse and protected my phone. It's sacrifice has been noticed. It's slim case is ideal for carrying in my pocket unlike some similar styles. And I like the clear backing to show off my phones actual color design. Also great for those who like to keep pictures or notes behind their phone.Note, it was the plastic frame that broke hence less stars on sturdiness. So probably not ideal for someone who likes to remove their phone from their case frequently.Buttons are easy to push through rubber guard and port easy to access. I never had a problem with USB not fitting due to the case.Definitely worth the repurchase!

Pros- lightweight, works with pre installed screen protector , seems protective, good grip/easy to hold, you still can access edge functions.Cons- seems like it could be a pinch smaller as there's a lot of empty space (yes I bought the right size), though you can access the edge functions it can be a little tougher then without the case (though much better then some other similar cases with the front protection frame).So far I like this case. I do wish it was slightly smaller, as I mention there seems to be a lot of dead space. Especially on the top and bottom. I'm not sure if that's by design to be more protective or just something that was missed.You can access the edge function which is great. I first ordered a similar case that also had the front frame. The front frame on that one blocked edge use. This one doesn't. It covers the edge slightly, and so getting access feels weird for a day but once you're used to it it's smooth.Also this case works with the pre-installed screen protector from Samsung. No lifting or bubbles yet. I'll change the review if that happens soon.Overall it feels well protected. It's not super bulky but I feel it can slim down a pinch and be just as protective.

This case is fantastic. I have the Samsung S20 and this case fits perfectly. I'm still able to use the edge features without a problem. It's super light weight.The case comes in two parts. One part clips onto the front of the phone, protecting the edges of your screen in the event of a face down fall. It's also a cute matching color. The front part and the phone then slide into the back portion of the casw, all clicking into place. The edges are raised and there's extra material around the corners for a little extra security. We all know how phones tend to land. Even with all the extra protection, its super lightweight.Its also adorable. I went out of my way to pick a cute phone color. Why would I want to cover that up with a case? Well good news. The back is clear but thick, allowing me to see my beautiful phone whole providing the protection I need. 10/10 would recommend.

After having put my previous phone through the ringer, I'll never buy another case manufacturer. Poetic has created THE BEST line of cases with the Guardian series. This specific case didn't work out for me because I need a built in screen protector, but still the best cases for protecting from impact, drops, and just your everyday accidents that would normally leave you paying that deductible on a whole new phone. Grab the Poetic Guardian case. It'll pay for itself in the very first drop!

This was my second case that I purchased within about 6 months. With the first case, the thin blue plastic piece that goes around the screen edge broke into 2 pieces when my phone got dropped. It would stay together with the rest of the case still on, but, if you took the outer portion off, it was a pain. I bought a second case and the exact same thing happened within a week of using it. I decided not to bother buying a new one and dealt with it, but, the other day, the phone got dropped and a chunk of the broken outline piece broke completely off, and that was the end for me.I do like the clear back so you can see the color of my phone, which I specifically wanted. However, the con of that is that you can see all the gunk and dust that gets into the case and gets stuck between the clear plastic and the back of the phone. It will also trap bits of water back there.Overall, my phone itself never got damaged, so it did do its job in that regard, but the case itself isn't very durable. At least not that plastic outline portion.

I've had this case for awhile as a back up, I finally decided to use it and not even 2 days of having it my phone dropped (not from a high distance, and the whole back glass of my phone shattered. It's a good thing I have a good screen protector or I couldn't imagine the damage it would've done. I don't recommend this at all. I'm really surprised by the other reviews. This case will not protect your phone.

I am very picky when it comes to device cases. Very picky.But I think this case is fantastic. Great feel, and tight construction. It adds very little thickness to the phone, and is easy to hold. Looks sharp too.I've never been disappointed with any Poetic products I've bought for my devices. They continue to impress.

It didn't even last week and the case broke. The plastic guard around the edges snapped in half.
