Holds it's shape very well - especially leg openings. Not much Xtra material - so you don't feel it's bunching-up. Some one with 28-30" waist- feel the x-s is not too small.

My husband has severe bladder leakage and uses the overnights 24/7. No product in this category is going to be 100% effective, but this is the best we've tried (and there have been many). Also, if you're using them regularly go ahead and sign up for the auto-ship. It saves a little money, is easy to use and adjust on your own, but if you have to call customer service it is easy to talk to a person.

we have a 6’ 2” tall non verbal autistic 22 year old who has been in diapers since he was born. regular diapers weren’t holding up over night, so we got these and stick a diaper pad in them for insurance and his bed stays dry. there’s no adhesive as these are a “pull up” style, they are thick and padded, and the leg openings are small enough to keep things from falling out of them, a little expensive, but it’s better than cleaning up a wet bed
