Amazing quality
Just bought it. Loved it on first sight. I travel a lot and know what troubles bags can give. So i checked the zippers, the handle and the wheels. Zippers are extremely smooth and look strong. The handle is very smooth and light. The wheels are noiseless and look sturdy.Excellent for traveling. Looks very durable. It is a very good value for money.

Please help me avail the warranty.
The overall structure of the bag is good but the quality of chain is poor...the chain stopped working in the first use itself. The stitches have also come off and it's only been 2 months since I ordered.There is a 2 year warranty given in the description but I don't know how to avail that. Kindly help me access that.

Not got the expected
The weight of the bag is quite heavy it's 3 kg something... although it was written at the description but I didn't notice it before hand,Size is smaller than expectedN the product which I received is not good ,the knot like design which is at the other end of the bag is not there in one hole...

Great Quality duffle bag
I am totally in love with this bag. Everything about it is just so perfect and classy. It has 2 wheels along with extendable side grab handle. It has spacious compartments and the quality is top notch. I totally recommend ever To buy this as it’s worth the price.
