Osteocare - Highly Recommened
I started to take these tablets because I have osteopenia and osteoarthritis, I cannot tell if they have helped with either of those without a scan, however judging by my new very strong nails I am very hopeful. I’ve always had weak nails but now they are growing and are really strong for the first time ever.

TWO TABLETS PER DAY WITH A MAIN MEAL. Swallow with water or a cold drink. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Osteocare can be continued for as long as required. Not suitable for children.
