I have had pain in my heels and my achilles for a few years and since using this pad it has help a lot to alleviate the pain. As long as I stand on it daily, sock footed or bare foot it helps. I have been standing on it while doing dishes so that I am on it at least 15-20 minutes daily. The rounded small pad is good for my achilles while I sit on my recliner with my legs up. I place it directly under my heels for several minutes while watching TV. The little rounded spikey balls feel good on the soles of my feet. I believe the idea behind it is to increase circulation. I am in my 70s and glad my son found these. He lays on them for his back which due to a biking accident he has rods in his mid back. It helps him also.

This is essentially like bed of nails acupuncture mat. I really enjoy it. I roll the 2 spiked balls under my feet which feels great. I lay on the mat naked as well. I can stand about 5 minutes at a time off and on for 30 minutes. I've been using the mat 2x a day or more. I've thought about a second one to add together for length.Price point was good 23$ for thr 5 piece set w carry bag. Which does come in handy for easy storage

I bought this item because I need something that came help my back issues. I have arthritis, spondylosis and scholeosis all in my back. My muscles are knots due to this issue. I am hoping that this will help . No luck so far and I've used it twice every day for my 4 days. I'll update this in a week to let y'all know how this go and if it is worth it.

Absolutely love this. I purchased it cause I was having major back issues within four days. My pain started easing. I had tried everything and this is the only thing that worked. Even now when my back isn’t hurting, I like to lay on it cause it is a good massage and it makes it feel good. Definitely well worth the money.

Items seem to work well, and none of the "spikes" have fallen off.Presumably like similar products, the bottom of the "mat", in this package, on which you sit is "smooth", so it might slide a bit on your chair, depending on the chair's material and how you sit on your chair.Nicely packaged, including carry case, too.

The spikes aren’t as large as they should be. You have to be on an extremely flat surface. I could use my old one on the sofa, but I have to sue this one on the tile floor, which is more uncomfortable for joints etc.

This is a nicer model than other mats of the same price and type. The cushion is a little bigger and more filler, which gives you more padding and spike surface area. Very happy with the colors as well. Also these things work like magic for muscle pain.

This rug is very disappointing. The material feels rough, and the fibers are stiff and scratchy. Poor quality overall, definitely not worth the price.
