Best GF pasta
I've recently had to move to a GF diet. Whilst this definitely isn't a better option than a good standard pasta (it's quite bland in comparison), it is the best GF option I've found. No weird underlying taste (as with lentil or pea protein based options), holds its shape well and a great al dente texture.

Nice quality and tasty
Although I always looking for italian pasta produced in Italy, i never came across Garofalo GF pasta before. It’s been a good discovery. Nice quality of pasta, holds well the cooking and is tasty too!My baked pasta was perfect, I like it 😊
